Imperial China Cafe

I love Imperial China Cafe. It's my go to for Chinese food. Their food is delicious and plentiful. The servings are a good size. The staff is polite. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. :)

The place was a bit dirty. Customer service was lacking a whole lot. At least the food was ok.

Decided to give another chance.
Fried biscuits hard, black spots on it, sad they are my favorite thing to eat when I go anywhere that sell them. Rest of the food barely passable. Spent over $100 there.

First and last time eating here. Ordered and charged for an extra egg roll didn't get it. No veggies in the fried rice. The general tso is nor spicy even when ask for medium spicy. Just on the way home but definitely not worth it.

Horrible service …..ordered food 40 min in advance and when.i got there they told me that they had some delivery orders ahead of me and made me wait another 20 minutes …..not worth it

Been ordering from here every once in a blue moon since the place first opened (both dine in and carry out). Never had any mishaps with the orders, the portions are large enough to make multiple meals, and I really love the sauces in many of their dishes. :)

Every time I've gone the food is great. However the young lady who works the counter always has an attitude. I only ever ordered rice. She told me your welcome after she gave me my order. The nerve . She should have said thanks. I will keep my 60 bucks weekly and go else were.

Worst service ever. I’ve been a customer to these people for a very long time, I ordered delivery and received half of my order wrong so I called them to let them know exactly what was wrong with my order. The guy that works the front desk tried accusing me of just wanting extra food and telling me he thinks I’m lying about their mess up on the order. He started telling me that they were going to charge my card again FOR THEIR MESS UP which is so wrong. once I received my new order he called me again and started talking mess and then hung up on me… they are very unprofessional here. I told him if I wanted extra food I would’ve paid for it but this was not my mistake, they don’t like to take accountability and just overall very unprofessional. I will NOT be ordering from these people again

I called in an order for delivery( they have their very own driver) (yes! This place still allows you to talk to a human!) and they got EVERYTHING correct. The food was delivered extremely fast and the driver was friendly. The people I spoke to about my order have top notch customer service and listened to my every instruction. I ordered crab Rangoon, chicken and veggie lo mein (with the homemade mustard cups) and steamed veggies with chicken. Everything is super delicious. I'm sad I waited so long to find this place. Thanks to the amazing team who do their best to give us wonderful and delicious food!

Nice place with nice people. The food is good, a great neighborhood place for Asian cuisine. Try them out. Their prices are about the average for the area.
