Amazing food. Usually great service. Expanding right now so the atmosphere will get better. Love this place! Prices are still reasonable.

The food was good. This place never disappoints. Today, our server was Lou. I hope I am spelling her name correctly. She made today’s visit unbelievably great. My boss and I felt like we had known her for years. The way she talked with us and joked around, you could tell this was her personality. She did not rush us to order or leave, as some restaurants do. Servers can make or break a restaurant. Lou made it! I have to say she turned an already good restaurant into something even better. Next time we go back, I will ask if she’s working because I want to sit in her section.

One restroom stall had to wait 30 mins to use and then when the person came out she had stopped the toilet up and had to wait longer before leaving with many kids who had to use the restroom badly. And the water taste like tap.

For some reason they were doing construction behind the wall so there was pounding going on. The food was good.

Well, I see quite a few low reviews lately; but I want to post mine because every time we go we have an amazing experience.

Last time we ordered was January 10, 2026, we ordered a half a tray of fettuccine Alfredo with chicken pasta and rolls (it was a pickup order). The meal was delicious and well served. The staff is super friendly.

I haven’t been back to Olive Garden since I started dinning at Italiano’s.

I hope the last low reviews from the other customers is just a bad batch of food and Italiano’s fixes the issues.

Meanwhile, I do recommend Italiano’s.

My wife and I ordered the lobster ravioli and and veal Marsala. She has to send her salad back because more than half of the lettuce was brown. The veal was overcooked and flavorless. The ravioli wasn’t terrible, but was definitely premade/frozen and was drowning in sauce. And the “amazing” garlic knots just take like generic dinner rolls with garlic butter.

The service was quick despite being a busy Saturday night. But I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting decent Italian food. Honestly, we should have just gone to Olive Garden down the road.

I really don’t know how people eat here!! The food was not good!! I would’ve rather had Olive Garden!! The garlic knots are basically dinner rolls drowning in butter and that fake grated parm that comes in a bottle. I ordered the lobster ravioli. It came with a Caesar salad. I had to pick out so many brown pieces of lettuce that when I was thru I basically had no salad left. So I asked for another Caesar salad and it was drenched in dressing, which wasn’t even good!! The ravioli came in a delicious sauce, but it’s literally that fake ravioli you get in the freezer aisle, and came with about 5 tiny pieces of shrimp. My husband ordered the veal Marsala. The meat was chewy and the sauce wasn’t good. He didn’t finish it. When the waitress asked us how our food was and we were honest about how bad the meals were, she basically said sorry and handed us the check. There was no offer to make it better or comp the Marsala that wasn’t eaten. I tried this place once and will not be going back.
