Me & my family went to dinner here yesterday night 11/13, we all ordered different dishes. I noticed my fettuccine chicken Alfredo had a very strong seafood smell couldn’t eat it I let the waiter know he said he could remake the meal but I asked to just pack it to go as I couldn’t stomach eating. We get home and I kid you not I had extreme stomach pains, severe vomiting and diarrhea I was rushed to the emergency room as I am 35 weeks pregnant. We loved this restaurant would drive over 30 mins to go here but honestly I’m just so terrified of eating here again after getting food poisoning extremely scary experience.

Food is amazing - prices are superb considering the quality of the food! Our waiter was AWESOME. Forgot to ask for his name, but he attended to us immediately and answered all of our questions. All of the staff are friendly as well!

Good food and good service. Will be back.
Very disappointing experience with Italiano’s in Humble, Texas.
We had Italiano’s cater my father’s 100th birthday celebration, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Before deciding to use them, we tested their food — chicken Alfredo, ziti, and garlic rolls. The Alfredo was watery and had no seasoning, and the ziti was mushy. We brought it back and spoke with the manager, Elaine, who had it remade and assured us that the food for our event would be prepared correctly.
When we placed the actual catering order, we worked with Adriana and explained everything again — that Elaine promised the food would be good for our special event. Later, we also spoke with the owner, Susie, who personally guaranteed that the food would be excellent. We ordered 3 full pans of chicken Alfredo, 1½ pans of chicken ziti, and 1½ pans of beef lasagna, along with 2 servers for the event.
Sadly, the food that arrived was even worse than the test order — bland, watery, and completely unappealing. It was embarrassing to serve at such an important celebration. When we called after the event to express our disappointment, Susie took our phone number but never followed up.
This was supposed to be a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime celebration, but the poor quality of the food and lack of accountability from the management left us deeply disappointed. Terrible food and terrible customer service. I would not recommend Italiano’s for any special event.

Shrimp was hot & okay, tomatos were good, fish had a hard crust? but when I tried the past underneath, Pasta smelled old even rancid. My wife's spaghetti pasta was the same served with a fresh topping but pasta underneath was gross. Our waiter was excellent.
