I ordered the bacon swiss smash jack for my mother who is 78 yrs old. She took a bite and noticed the patty was ol,dried out snd had a bad taste. There was NO sauce on the burger just meat and cheese and the bun was over toasted.
I took the burger back to the restaurant and spoke to Romero who said he was a manager. I asked for the burger to be replaced and he refused because my mom cut a piece of the burger to taste it. He made me pay for a replacement because she didnt want the same burger she asked for a.chicken sandwich.
I have photos I wish I could post them here. I never understood why someone would serve food to people that they definitely wouldn't serve themselves.

Completely messed up our order. I refuse to go to this location but was had to in this instance. They always forget something. This time they forgot a 4 tacos. A whole meal, and switched out 3 drinks for other drinks that we did not order. Absolutely horrible and prefer the one further down Aldine !

Great food, great place, and I totally recommend for fast food options
We stop by this Jack in the Box location about once every couple weeks, and it’s always a great experience. The service is consistently fast and friendly, and the food is fresh every time. We usually come in for the Breakfast Jacks—they always hit the spot! It’s nice to have a reliable spot like this where the staff takes care of you and keeps things moving. Definitely one of the better locations around!

I use to come here but there's a guy here I think Josh. Let me stand at the front for about 5 min till a nice young lady came to tell me that I had to order from kiosk. I did. Another customer comes in. Same. Josh just keeps running drive thru ignoring 2nd customer. 2nd customer storms out the door. 3rd comes in and stands there again. Nice lady comes tells her order from kiosk. Then 3rd costumer does. She chooses Cash and waits for Josh to attend her but no go. So she asks Josh where's her change but Josh says can't give to her. Sits there arguing with her till he finally gives in. Poor lady she was so mad. I've not gone back since. This store is 45 and Rayford Rd. Put a damn sign that says USE KIOSK TO ORDER YOUR FOOD! 🙄
