I use to come here but there's a guy here I think Josh. Let me stand at the front for about 5 min till a nice young lady came to tell me that I had to order from kiosk. I did. Another customer comes in. Same. Josh just keeps running drive thru ignoring 2nd customer. 2nd customer storms out the door. 3rd comes in and stands there again. Nice lady comes tells her order from kiosk. Then 3rd costumer does. She chooses Cash and waits for Josh to attend her but no go. So she asks Josh where's her change but Josh says can't give to her. Sits there arguing with her till he finally gives in. Poor lady she was so mad. I've not gone back since. This store is 45 and Rayford Rd. Put a damn sign that says USE KIOSK TO ORDER YOUR FOOD! 🙄

This location is not good. Management is dismissive of problems. I ordered food in the app and got to the store 7 minutes later, and they said someone had already picked up the order. He made it seem like I was trying to steal a jumbo jack and fry. Why? I showed my confirmation number and email. He just looked at me like there was nothing he could do. I disputed it through the app, so hopefully, I get a refund. If not, I'll return to speak to someone in person again. It was only like a $6 order. I would've placed it again because it wasn't about money, but his attitude was like I was stealing or lying about a $6 order. I went to BK and spent almost double the money for less food. Not happy at all. I called back, but they never answered the food either.

Service is usually always good, but as pricy as jack in the box is, it’s ashame everytime I order here my food is cold like they had it sitting in the freezer. Usually my go to fast food but at this point I’m over having to ask for fresh food everytime I order. DO BETTER.

Only order drive thru: they’re not listening. Can’t ask for anything specifically (ketchup, curly fries..) because you get an “ok” but not the little thing you asked for. Last guy told his Coworker “my bad my brain ain’t working right”.
Brian is amazing!! I did a mobile order and arrived earlier than I was supposed to. Food was fresh and ready. I sincerely admire everyone’s positive and chipper attitudes! (I know that can be hard to do in the morning lol)
