I brought two of my cousins here who had never been to Jack, so im hyping this place up! Everything was okay, until I saw the order of curly fries they gave me. Lol, less than half and only bits and pieces. Definitely not what I had explained curly fries would look like. Lol I get that working in that area is hard, but we still have to receive what we are paying for.
Ordered Stuffed Jalapeños, get my food n drive away n its chicken nuggets, go back to get corrected, instead of an apology or something, employees just argue with each other over who messed up

Wow, first I’ll start by saying I came in today on CHRISTMAS of all days. I had just left 3 McDonald’s in which all were attempting to act closed (visibly open with employees going in and out) or move tremendously slow(30 minutes no car had moved). I came to this Jack n the box and not only was the drive thru open but dine in as well. There was a young lady cleaning ( made me feel good about sanitation) and ALL hands on deck behind the counter. There was not 1 but a whole crew diligently working ( and no one appeared to be bothered or annoyed with the pace or that it was holiday )I was quickly helped when I approached the counter I ordered my food and 2:07 and the time when I was leaving out of the parking lot with my food was literally 2:12. The young man at the front was so helpful and had all my sauces in my bag without asking and order made promptly with a great attitude. Upon receiving my food he then wished me a very sincere Merry Christmas, probably the best one I got all day (you truly never know how much the little things count to others!). I usually don’t leave fast food reviews but this one actually made my day. A very MERRY CHRISTMAS to the young man at the front taking and bagging orders and a Merry Christmas to the entire staff here. Thanks for making my day!
