Avoid this jack in the box at all cost, there is a very old woman with grand white hair that is so unprofessional. When you begin to order after 11 PM, she will scream at you. Because you are hungry and wanting to order food, they really need to do away with this lady. Obviously everyone that works in their evening has horrible customer service and work ethic. Just look at the reviews, this one should be closed down. And the owners obviously do not care

Went to grab food at the drive through at night, only person in the line by the way, and the two people in the restaurant managed to forget to put half the things I ordered in the bag so I got half of what I paid for. Very unprofessional.

I just came the this location and I waited at the speaker and no one answered and when I pull up to the window the lady looked at me a rolled her eyes and then came to the window with a attitude and wouldn’t tell me her name when I asked for it 8/26/25 12:59am
Horrible Customer service - Unfortunately I am Reporting an encounter which just happened right now, located at Will Clayton, Horrible Customer Service at its peak. A specific worker there, she’s on the heavy side, she’s got grey hair, she Rudely yells and discards customers referring them to other locations, talks in a loud impatient dismissive tone. She rudely interrupted our order just before we could even begin placing it by dismissing our first choice of order by referring us to another jack in a box. The audacity was beyond comprehension. Just absolutely horrible Customer Service. I still love Jack in a Box but no longer going to the one at Will Clayton.

On 4/4/25 me and my wife went to this location. As soon as we pulled up to the drive thru the lady said you have to wait we have door dash orders. If you don't want to wait you can get door dash also. How damn rude is that? Seems to me that they don't want to work so they just ran customers off. I was among 4 vehicles that just pulled off because we were told we have to wait for the door dash orders to be done first. What happened to customer service. You have customers at your establishment why would you turn they away. Very unprofessional and while driving by the ladies hair was all over the place while she just leaned there without a care. You may want to hire ppl who care remember where your location is.

Not friendly. Don’t care about issues with their dashers. Don’t offer refunds after paying for delivery and tip and then having to pay the same amount as the order to Lyft to restaurant and back home. For THEIR dasher issues. Never ordering here again.
