Generally speaking, service there has always been really good. That is until my last two visits, including this morning.

Two mornings ago I had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get my breakfast that I placed via the mobile app. So, at least 25 minutes passed between my order, and the time it was handed to me at the counter (I got tired of waiting in my car).

This morning, was worst. A combined time of over 30 minutes. Same guy working the window. This is not acceptable. I never have this problem with lunch when I get it there though.

The food is always pleasant, so no complaints there. But breakfast is taking the fast right out of fast-food.

I ordered the easiest thing you can order, 4 tacos no cheese and chicken sandwich with just cheese. Instead I got 4 tacos with the cheese peeled off and extra lettuce put on, and a chicken sandwich with everything on it !!! Horrible service and horrible food,! DO NOT DO THERE

The staff in this restaurant are RUDE. Specifically a girl named Gabby. Not only did she have a terrible attitude, but she deliberately took 27 mins to get us our food. We were on our way home from out of town, trying to feed our children, it was late, and we waited literally (looked at the computer behind the counter) waited 27 min and 35 sec for some food at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! She caught an attitude as soon as we were ordering, and it only got worse. We were told to pull around, so they could keep their drive through numbers down, however, once we waited for 20 min I went inside, to see what was taking so long. Nothing. It took an additional 5-7 min and my wife coming inside for them to even ask me if I needed anything or to assist me. “Gabrielle V” FINALLT handed us our food but not without giving MAJOR attitude. She then proceeded to cuss and berate my wife and myself and followed my wife outside to our vehicle! My CHILDREN were in the car. We left with this girl yelling and cussing in front of the restaurant because she told my wife “you had an attitude first” because my wife asked for our sauces before we pulled around. Again, she had attitude before we ever got to the window. We have already made it known on reviews, and will be contacting the manager, franchisee, as well as corporate. That threatening behavior is UNNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY in front of my kids!

Leaving their drive thru I was disappointed for the fact that I was told this was the new “jumbo “ size order of fries. Wasn’t even filled up and felt like it wasn’t true

Josh was such a GREAAAAAT cashier at 2:47 in the morning lol very courteous and kind. I give Josh 5 stars for his great hospitality.

I love the service, all the workers are so nice and alot of time it's seem extra because people are rude sometimes which cant be accounted for in life but the service is amazing, the food is great and the workings are individually the best. I love this jack in the box so much. They are awesome 😇

The staff here was very helpful in letting us use our meal vouchers from united for a missed connection.
