Assuming this is the individual that served us. Thin very short hair, I believe African descent man. We put it in the first order was a number two meal with a Sprite. We asked the individual to please be patient because we had a second order. Request this more than twice. We didn't put in the order for a smashed double bacon. Jack. Curly fries fountain drink Sprite with no ice. As it came up the individual only gave us one order. We told the individual that we had two orders. His answer and I quote, I asked and you didn't say nothing. Yet somehow we got the second order, which was the smashburger.

Normally this place is really good and I've never had an issue here been coming here for years. But tonight I went through the drive-thru for a simple Coke extra ice the girl on the intercom had an attitude the entire time I was speaking to her and when I pulled up to the window to pay for my drink, she was too big to see arguing with her male colleague to speak to me properly. I paid for my drink and got a mile down the road took a sip and they mixed Coke and orange Hi-C together. Morning crew and lunch crew are great but the evening crew that was on duty today needs to get it together

Not sure if it was just an off night or what. The fries were cold and tasted a day old or overcooked. Ended up throwing my food away still hungry guess I just cook something now.

Don’t go to this location. Filthy kitchen. They don’t clean nor change the grease they cook in apparently. Brown grease coming from my food ? I noticed half way through eating my meal and had to stop. Disgusting.

I love the place, excellent service, very clean, but they don't respect the opening hours. The opening hours are at 12. I arrived at 10:30 pm and you are closed to eat inside... so they can set a schedule if they are not going to comply. .

Unnecessary wait asked me to park in a curbside spot when I didn’t even order much food just too take almost 30 minutes to give me my food this is ridiculous and the guy at the window with the dreads has a rude attitude for no reason if u don’t wanna work quit jack in the box need to do better
