I ordered a number 3 bacon&Swiss buttery smashed jack. Took 1 bite tasted no bacon, looked inside one very very small piece. I also ordered extra jalapenos. As you can see I got 4 or 5 pieces. Told them about it. They just laughed it off. Rude and do not care for doing shit right! Will not eat here again...

I went last night I waited about 2 -3 minutes waiting for someone to take my order but, nobody answer . I asked for a number 8 & 6 and for the 8 it didn’t have no bacon or tomatoes it was plain overall bad service and the GIRLL at the window very RUDE I don’t recommend at all.

Idk what all these cry babies on here are whining about but this jack in the box is the only one worth going to. The staff is always awesome (except one crazy lady but pretty sure she got fired 😂) the food is always really good I mean what else can you ask for out of fast food fr? Keep up the good work you guys are the best! ♥️ ignore the whiney Karen’s 😂🤦🏻♀️ they’re not happy anywhere…

My husband and I came here around lunchtime. We came inside and placed our order on the computer screen and I asked if I could change it for a better deal. The lady said she couldn’t do it in one transaction, which I know she could so she refunded me and charge me a whole fee. They had no ice in their machine. Their drinks were flat and my husband and I waited 15 minutes for our food. While we were waiting, the cashier Cynthia handled another customer who had waited over 10 minutes to get service. She didn’t even smile or greet him and while his receipt was coming out, she ripped it with anger and attitude in front of everybody. When we finally got our food the fries were the only thing good and hot. My chicken sandwich was rock hard. These people are very unhappy and I will be contacting corporate first thing at 7am Monday morning.

Absolutely trash....beyond the wait in the drive-thru....my order was completely wrong. As the young lady was bagging up my order I watch her put in the wrong fries. I told her that couldn't be my order and she switched out the fries. I didn't check the burger before driving off, only to find a greasy meat cheese and bread after ordering a double jumbo jack. Do not go here....there's a sonic at the next red-light.

I made an order for a Jumbo Jack meal at the drive thru and noticed that there was a sign that said if the Astros score four runs, the Jumbo Jack is free with a large drink. I ordered a large drink with that. When I reached the pay window the manager was very loud and rude with me. She said that the Astro deal didn't come with the Combo. I didn't complain. I told her that I would pay the difference. And she gave me my order. But left off the French fries.
The drive thru took over 13 minutes to still get the order wrong and not give any condiments.

This is my favorite location, they always get my order right, and the staff is really nice!! They have the best diet Dr Pepper, too! 8-2-25-- I promised the nice young lady at the drive thru window, Rayleah, I would give her a mention on my review!
