I made an order for a Jumbo Jack meal at the drive thru and noticed that there was a sign that said if the Astros score four runs, the Jumbo Jack is free with a large drink. I ordered a large drink with that. When I reached the pay window the manager was very loud and rude with me. She said that the Astro deal didn't come with the Combo. I didn't complain. I told her that I would pay the difference. And she gave me my order. But left off the French fries.

This is my favorite location, they always get my order right, and the staff is really nice!! They have the best diet Dr Pepper, too! 8-2-25-- I promised the nice young lady at the drive thru window, Rayleah, I would give her a mention on my review! The worst experience that Iāve ever had at a Jack in the box location. The drive through employee was extremely rude. I had ordered my online order at the wrong location and instead of helping me figure out how to change it to the right location he responded with āughh thats not hereā and slammed the window in my face.
We were in the area for a drs appointment. Weāve never been in this area and were early and decided to stop to eat before our appt. The food was very fresh and crispy. The tacos were amazing. We love jacks tacos but lately the ones weāve been getting by our house the food is beyond greasy to the point where we couldnāt eat it. We did a pick up order. This jacks location had me craving more tacos but to drive 1 hr is not doable. I ate 2 tacos and was so full. I wish I had room for more

Food was cold and improperly prepared. I had to throw my meal away because I'm lactose intolerant, expressed that I couldn't have cheese on my wraps, and my wraps were loaded in cheese. Could have got me sick. Same as my last experience, the employees didn't want to be there, but not necessarily rude. The girl in drive through kept running out to a car beside me as if they were familiar to her (not making assumptions beyond that because it would be speculation) however she appeared friendly with whomever was in the vehicle. I think I'm just going to avoid this place and recommend others do the same.

I wish their boba was as good as it used to be, itās been 2 days in a row now that the boba is hard and not how itās supposed to be. Maybe itās also my fault for not tasting the product before leaving the window but Iāve never had this issue before. Do better please. I really love to stop and get my boba drinks from here since itās so close to my job.
