Incomplete orders given in the drive thru, frequently

The dinning room is always closed and the food is starting too taste bad. I will not be going back for quite awhile! Seems like they are always understaffed. No other restaurants in the area are having issues with staffing and all the dining rooms are open.

Ice machine is always empty in the dining room.

Update: I had the Grande Burrito, it was very stale and chewy. Someone needs to step in and straighten this location up.

Employees Nevaeh B, needs professionalism and hospitality etiquette, when handling order, employee grabbed bag from one side causing order to fall on driver seat, instead of apology, she slammed door,

Being curtesy was neglected, I made jester to get attention, and said “you can atleast give me a bag”
Employee gave bag and slammed window again.

Having to handle my dropped food in driver seat to new bag, Order replacement was not offered.

I had to honk to get attention again and requested manager on shift, she said they had left for the day.

I requested name and she said my name is on the receipt, as I drove off, she open window and laughed.

Ugh! Can't believe I even have to post this,but here it goes this establishing has always been a mess 😫. I thought when new management took over it would be better but I was wrong very rude you can't get any food fresh after two o'clock the evening crew always have nasty attitude please fix the problem

Always issues with getting orders correct. This last time I ordered 8 tacos and (2) Lg curly fries, and somehow I ended up with 2 munchies boxes. SMH....then to top it off the tacos were stale. Never again, I give up on Jack.

They can’t even get a simple order correct I ordered the last burger the mushroom bacon burger they gave me a completely wrong burger. Looks like they gave me somebody’s order that they messed up on. I paid almost 9 dollars for that damn burger. Lucky I’m starving bc I would have taken it back in have them remake in give me what I paid for
