Jack in the Box

No napkins, food is made sloppy and missing items. They take forever to serve you and they don't give dips. They're stingy and rude.

Unfortunately, we waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru line to order with only 3 cars ahead of us. We sat another 10 mins at the speaker to order. No one ever took our order so we left. Worst fast food service I've had in years. Won't return to this location.

I stopped in a few days ago to get me some of their famous tacos. The staff was very friendly. I was served personally by a young lady named Rontavia. Always smiling. And very polite. I do doordash also and have been in this location many times. Never has a problem with staff. And the place is clean.

We went thru drive thru, but it was quick and food was hot, but they guy kept putting us off about sauces for our curly fries, thank you the 3rd time ssking we got them.

Worst fast food ever been. Orders take 20+ min in drive though. Drive through is captive do you cant leave. They are always out of stuff. And you cant leave by the time your at the ordering window. The employees act like its a burden to take an order. My milkshake was melted and my fries burned. Seriously. Pick literally any itber place. Id rate this negitive stars if i could

The best thing this store manager has done ...Hire Kristi H back. She is amazing , friendly k know they lost a lot of busisness when they let her go. A lot for people are glad she is back and will start coming here again ....give that girl a raise

Went to the drive thru last night ended up being there for 30+ minutes with no way to turn out and the lady who was speaking over the speaker sounded as if she was intoxicated or not mentally there I wouldn't recommend eating here late at night

The previous reviews on this location are very accurate! Young workers that do not give a darn about your brand or providing good customer service. I watched the employees talking and laughing while they were extremely behind with the drive through line. Also..... the cheese sticks have been out for a month! Crazy!

I haven’t been to Jack in the Box for a while so when my kids asked I obliged. I was happy to see that they had mozzarella sticks on the menu but when I tried to order it, they were out of them & said they’ve been out of them for 2 wks so there’s no telling when they’ll actually get them in. My son got the chicken nuggets meal and they’re beyond burnt!! I cannot believe they thought this was acceptable to give to customers. The meal came with curly fries that was room temperature and hard. Also their drink sizes have changed. I’m used to Jack in the Box drinks being massive and that was great thing! Now their small is only 12oz & charge almost $3.00 for the small. Safe to say I will not be going there again.

Honestly I don't think I've ever had problems going into a jack in the box but the staff at this one is very rude, giving dirty looks and attitudes for no reason. I understand having a bad day as I personally work with customers all day long. If you are going to be dealing with people customer service is customer service. Make your faces and comments after they leave. One of our burgers wasn't right and we didn't even want to go back in and deal with these people. I almost never leave a bad review for a place because I always try to think of something positive to say, but the tables weren't clean, they didn't clean the baby seats, they don't check on anything in the bathrooms... There was absolutely nothing good I could say about anyone or anything at this location. We all go to work. Most people don't like their jobs, but we still put on a smile and make sure our customers are comfortable and feel welcome both in retail and in food.

Please fix the ac in there. I was so hot just standing at the counter waiting on my order and the poor workers were just back there sweating bullets! That’s cruel! And it’s not even summer yet! Please do the right thing and fix the ac!! If you do I’ll change my rating to 5 stars ⭐️ because this is my only complaint. But it’s a BIG one. The temperature in there is inhumane.
