I've been to the restaurant many times never again. I understand how it works. A counter person and a sandwich person. On this my last time in this store, I walked in to see only a sandwich person. She at no point acknowledged my presence. As I'm patiently waiting for the counter person to come take my order. Another customer walks in. The sandwich lady comes alive. Asks him if he's ready he gives me a side glance and starts giving her his order. It's at this point I ask her if she just didn't see me. I'm kinda hard to see at six foot five and three hundred pounds with an orange hat on. She then attempted a poor explanation of she wasn't ringing him up, and she thought I was still looking. It takes a huge amount of restraint dealing with these kids today. I will be calling the manager and will not be back. I hope this sounds like the rant of a Karen, because it was very close to being something else.

I ordered the spicy Italian on wheat. Best sandwich I've had in a while. I've tried an Italian sandwich at different places & this is the best one I've had, so far. I love the Capicola. The sauce & peppers added great flavor.

Most of the time I receive my delivery order fairly quickly, however, this particular day it took over an hour to deliver 2 miles away and I received the sandwich pictured which was mostly bread. Needless to say it was not worth the wait.

This is my first time at this Jimmy John's location and I have to say that Alex and John are Awesome! They are extremely courteous, professional and polite and I am so glad that I stopped!!! Alex and John.... Keep up the Outstanding work!!!!

Why offer curb side pick up on the app if your employees do not honer it? We drove 20 mins for our order because you guys don't deliver to our address, just to get here and wait over 15 mins after check in, we finally called and said we've been waiting on our curb side order & the employee said "we have a rack inside for pick up" if we needed to come inside then curb side pick up shouldn't be offered on the website. Total waste of time.

A great alternative to the other chains. The #7 with all the cold cut meats will definitely not disappoint. Lots of meat on it to the point where you have to beat it down or it will win. My new ho to place, will not disappoint.

Went to buy a combo and the front desk cashierCouldn’t understand “my English” and got mad at meWith a horrible attitude and talked to another employer to help me, that was nasty cuz he just walked away and left me behind, I felt to bad that I wanted to cry cuz for first time I felt discriminated. I used to love this place but after this I don’t think so. ( by the way I don’t know his name and I don’t care honestly,but he was wearing glasses ?)

It really sad the customers service this place have they send me the wrong order I call back and they make it in to issue this gentleman Carl was very rude. After so many years of great service one person rudeness hurt the way the business works I ask for the manager was put on hold for about 20 minutes no answer. Please don't buy from this Jimmy John . The worst place in Houston.
