Came in today for the first time, sandwich was made wrong even after I asked him about putting the bacon on my sandwich. I get home and no bacon on the sandwich. Will not return

Terrible service from Estrella. All the lights and open sign are off. It’s not even 9pm yet. Then she wanted to have an attitude when I ordered. Just quit if you’re miserable. You’re definitely not representing the brand very well.

No greeting, I viewed your menu and many choices
That I asked questions, I placed my order, and it was made wrong. I spoke with the employee. SHE GAVE NO
APOLOGIES. Offered my forgotten items placed on the side. But I was dining in..I may come back.
Or just stay loyal too Jersey Mike's

I’ve literally never seen a sandwich shop continually run out of the French bread they advertise so often. It’s truly ridiculous. No bread with 3 hrs to close, last time they were out of bread at 1pm on a Saturday. And if you order online to check if they have bread, they’ll make your sandwich wrong. Will definitely be taking our business to Jersey Mike’s from now on.

Employee was to focus on conversating with other employees to the point I had to repeat my order of what I wanted an how I wanted twice. Although she was polite....she still double charged me for something that I was suppose to get free with my rewards. She said she voided the transaction an that my money would be refunded for extra charge. It's 24 hours later an I still haven't gotten my money back. I wouldn't recommend this location after 3pm because they don't pay attention to the customers like they should.??????????

Everyonr is ALWAYS so kind and pleasant. My chicken wraps and Turkey Toms are always amazing!!!! I miss the Jimmy John's mustard but they're still awesome ?

Came twenty mins before close, (which yes I understand is a bummer as a food worker I’ve been there) but the employee was very rude. Claimed they were already closed so I apologize and said that they should let google know if their hours changed. Then she said all they had was meat and cheese if i wanted a sandwich made out of that she maybe make one for me. Look I get being frustrated but to be that rude is not okay in my opinion.

I order from this location regularly and this time was awful. She delivered it to the wrong house (not a big deal) but then proceeded to argue with me about how it was the correct house and I somehow got it wrong. Terrible service today and I’m very disappointed.

It’s delicious. Staff was super sweet! Made our sandwiches just as requested.

Order app and I ask for avocado and onions and they didn't add it but they charge it .

Super busy at lunch today and the two ladies working were killin it! There were probably 8+ ppl in there between in store and online orders and they cranked everything out and communicated with customers the whole time. ???

The phone rings and rings and rings then hangs up. Finally somebody picked up the phone and laid it on the counter. I can hear them talking in the background nobody wants to take my order
