I was greeted as soon as I walked in which made it pleasant. My first time in this deli and, was impressed by their professionalism etc. I initially went to WALMART for salad but, it was blocked off and closed. That's how I ended up at Jimmy John's. My Spicy Italian combo was great.

Only 2 employees working and one doesn't even speak English. So basically only 1 person that can help anyone and she is the one making sandwiches. It took over 10 minutes to get my food because the other employee here is totally useless. I wont return.

I remember when Jimmy John's used to be fast. I used to get my food by the time I was done filling up my drinks. Idk what happened but you shouldn't let only one employee run the store. I enjoy the food always. But you can't be called freaky fast anymore. šŸ˜…

Shut this garbage down. People here are rude and non-verbal. They can't be bothered to do their job. Pathetic. The rest of the reviews weren't lying. This place is complete, utter trash.

Iļø walked into the establishment and ordered 2 sandwiches. One specifically with no cheese (my coworker has diary allergy) and onions … another as an Unwich.

Cheese was toasted onto the bread, extra onions placed on first sandwich. My coworker took her first bite and immediately knew she was about to be sick the rest of the workday. And super busy so this was her only opportunity to eat. The Unwich had no extras as Iļø asked for and served dry with no mayo spread.

It was not busy upon me entering as Iļø walked immediately to the counter to order which was a wait as the cashier was doing something in the POS system and was pre occupied and unable to greet me.

We hadn’t ordered Jimmy John’s in years so decided to go back after this time rather a competitor but after this interaction… Iļø can’t say this will go back on our GO-TO lunch place list.

Very underwhelming and not worth consideration.

I am so very disappointed today. My husband came in and order 2 large sandwiches. I ordered the bootlegger (which is roast beef and turkey). no cheese add cucumbers and bacon. I get my sandwich and it is roast beef an ham with mustard added to it. (I dispise mustard) The cucumbers are so old and soft you would think I ordered pickles. I called the restaurant and was met with immediate argumentativeness that it was my husband's fault that he ordered wrong. The order was written down on a piece of paper so as to avoid any mistakes or confusion. At no point was ham ever mentioned to be put on or taken off any sandwich. Unfortunately the person taking the order didn't ask what size sandwich and when my husband realized that they were making a regular sandwich said that those were supposed to be large sandwiches so I believe when the person started remaking the sandwiches they were a bit confused and put ham instead of turkey on my bootlegger but instead of just saying that the person argued with me on the phone that it was my husband's fault that she read the order back to him not only am I disappointed that we made a special trip to go get these sandwiches and they were wrong , what bothers me the absolute most is being argued with and blamed for a mistake that was clearly not our fault maybe you should read the menu and and figure out that a bootlegger comes with turkey not ham. And check your produce before you put it on a sandwich. Waste of $40 bucks the only offer that was given for us was for us to come back and she would remake the sandwiches. Unfortunately that was unable to happen with our schedule.

Horrible experience on yesterday. I walked into the restaurant and got in line behind a young man. The lady who took his order walked away when I got to the counter. She NEVER acknowledged me, no one did. I assumed she walked away to start making his order. However, I was wrong because when I took a look further down their work station she was eating and continued her non-work related conversation. The time I went was around 1 PM

Came in today for the first time, sandwich was made wrong even after I asked him about putting the bacon on my sandwich. I get home and no bacon on the sandwich. Will not return

Terrible service from Estrella. All the lights and open sign are off. It’s not even 9pm yet. Then she wanted to have an attitude when I ordered. Just quit if you’re miserable. You’re definitely not representing the brand very well.

No greeting, I viewed your menu and many choices
That I asked questions, I placed my order, and it was made wrong. I spoke with the employee. SHE GAVE NO
APOLOGIES. Offered my forgotten items placed on the side. But I was dining in..I may come back.

I’ve literally never seen a sandwich shop continually run out of the French bread they advertise so often. It’s truly ridiculous. No bread with 3 hrs to close, last time they were out of bread at 1pm on a Saturday. And if you order online to check if they have bread, they’ll make your sandwich wrong. Will definitely be taking our business to Jersey Mike’s from now on.
