This store is nasty. If the pictures don’t say it all, I can add that I was served a large container of fries with a small portion of fries, and when I asked them to fill it a little bit more, they got mad and gave me a new large filled fries, and I had to throw some away. Customer service skills don’t exist in here.

Honestly this place has terrible service. Full of uncivilized and disrespectful employees. I’m honestly shocked by the female manager that treated me with disrespect; she was extremely ghetto. I was patient and respectful and was treated otherwise. My situation was not handled in a professional manner. You guys need to do better. Have a nice day.

The girl in the drive-through was ghetto and could not seem to get the order right repeatedly, but a young man stepped in, got our order correct and our food out on time… hopefully, the one coming up in Atascocita will save us a drive and still give us that great KFC experience we all know

Well idk why I thought KFC would be a good idea. Ordered the Nashville hot tender basket w/ a Pepsi. Pepsi was flat so I asked for a replacement which was also flat and also warm but at that point I knew the staff did not care so I didn't bother asking for another. Fries were ok at least they were warm (not hot). The chicken was the real disappointment They charged me over 11 dollars for this meal and the dang chicken was cold! I usually cook for myself and I am telling you that chicken had been sitting out cooked for at least 15-20 mins when they gave it to me. Jeez KFC if your gonna charge the same price as raising Cane's or Popeyes you need to deliver a darn product that is comparable. It's not your recipe that is the problem it's quality control and attention to detail. Anyway I won't be back to KFC for a long while once again.

First, I want to start with I waited 30 minutes for my food. Then a worker came with one bag with two items only and I nicely told her that this wasn’t my full order so she took my receipt and went inside. After 10 minutes another worker came with another bag and food was still missing. When I told this worker what was missing he checked inside and said my food was inside the bags and I told him to come see for himself and he saw that it wasn’t in the bags. THEN it seems like the manager came out with the final bag taking under breath saying I was lying, when I asked her is she was talking to me she said I was lying and the food was in the bags but when I told her to come check the bags for herself she said “nah nah yall just lying and slammed the door”. Bad service!!!

The young man (new employee) at the front counter was very polite & courteous. He couldn’t take a a debit card because his terminal card reader was broke. He had to ask for mgmt. help three times before any assistance came. The female mgr. then walked outside for a smoke break. We were the only couple in the restaurant and we waited 15-20 minutes for two 3 pc. meals. The order came boxed up and it had incorrect side items and the chicken was cold. The manager was mad because she had to come inside to issue our full refund. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat. We love KFC but this location is under very poor mgmt.
