Whoever was working the night of 01/02/26 closed down everything 45 minutes early when everything explicitly stated that the drive through would be open until 11.

I visited this branch around 8:50 PM to pick up my online order and tried to get to the lobby to pick up my food . They closed it before the official time that posted on the door . If you posted a sign that says open until 9 we expected to be open . I had to go drive thru and explain to a Hispanic man that your time at lobby says 9 you shouldn’t tell me to go to drive thru and I was shocked with his rudeness and attitude saying I can close any time I want you can go to another KFC . First of all you have no authority of changing hours of operation at lobby you only a worker there you not don’t own KFC second how rude and disrespectful you can be to say to a customer spending and supporting a business . Obviously you don’t care telling a customer to go another restaurant because it’s not your business. After that I asked for his name to file a formal complaint and another sarcastic rude answer was my name is super man . This guy obviously has zero professionalism and his employment need to be reviewed closely . Then while filing a report he sent a 16 years old girl to speak that has no experience in problem solving that start screaming and shouting saying I’m 16 I can’t handle this with tears on her face . Why that coward hide in the back after causing this problem ?! Why he has to put this little girl in middle where she has to deal with major issue that could be avoided by simple apologies from you . The Hispanic guy end instead he decided to hide and put that little girl in middle . Also he lied to me trying to put blame on KFC they only had him working alone while I see several girls working including that little girl . I hope management pay attention on that Hispanic night shift guy and put him under extra supervision.

Staff friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot and delicious. The only hit and not restaurant fault is someone was inside panhandling for money. Definitely will return. Do hard to find a good KFC location.

The worst customer service with what seemed to be a manager tonight at 10:30pm in the drive thru.
I ordered my food and showed a coupon when I got to the window. I was told I have to state it at the drive thru or I'll have to go back around the drive thru.
I told the man or you can ask if I have a coupon which is good customer service. I was then told, this coupon is all week. He then said we're not McDonald's we don't ask for coupons. What an asinine response.
Being a manager of a team that provides seevice, my team could never not be proactive and tell the customer they have to increase effort when the representative can proactively reduce effort.

Every time I come to this KFC I have to wait for my chicken! The staff does not notify me that the chicken is not ready and I have to wait I am not even offered a courtesy drink not even water! Do not come here unless you have an hour to spare!!!

I went Yesterday in the morning to buy Some food here so I ordered it on line so it had a time it was be ready to pick up so I was there a few minutes before so I went through the drive through they say it’s not ready come inside so one I didn’t want to to go inside that why I ordered it on line you know so I go inside they ask me the name they say another few minutes for the wedges so I say do I get a free side for making me wait she said no
I said that’s why I ordered it on line so I didn’t have to wait I was upset so got my Food to take to my Hard working Husband he is a Truck Driver so we open our food I got him a Two piece white meat so he opens his box I expected a huge piece of breast chicken 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️it was the size of a Drumstick and the wing was half its size it looked like a Meal for a child I got more upset This company was one of the best Chicken companies in the 80’90 now in the 20th century no more They over price their chicken for less food that is sad so they brought back one of my favorites the HOT WINGS
So I open my meal and I was like what the heck my tiny hot wings Bone in where almost Burnt to a crisp I was so far from upset I didn’t take pictures to post my anger got the best of me My Husband was Upset as well
So It’s not Worth the price we paid for the portion and size and quality of the food I would not even give them a 1 star but I had to so I Can Put my Opinion
I will not eat No Kentucky

online order picked it up when I got home it was like somebody put the bowl at the bottom of the bag and poured the gravy straight in there! It was a big mess

We walked in and it was almost as if we were alone. No greeting, no associate waiting at the register and no visible person. We waited probably 30 seconds and an associate came from the kitchen to bring food to drive through, still no greet or acknowledgement. Fortunately this was a mobile order but what a lackluster experience. It's a good thing the food is always great.

This place is nasty, my chicken stripe were more in line with a dogs chew toy, I was missing one and the fries were probably from yesterday. All-around bad, just bad.

We just got our food and they people or kid taking the order at the counter looked so annoyed and there was noone in the line or inside so I guess we annoyed her or him taking our order. So we asked for a 5 piece chicken strip meal and flavored she or he said no it doesn't come like that I go why u put the flavor sauce on the strips anyways so why cant we get the 5 piece meal it really didn't matter cuz the flavored strips barely had sauce on them at this point u should of just gave us the 5 piece meal, well I gave her another order Mac bowl o we dont have that I'm thinking u have Mac and cheese so why cant u just make the bowl w that
Well we went on to another meal and my husband asked for extra mash and gravy they only gave him gravy. It was just poor customer service here its all the time at this KFC. The manager just there. I will post pic. 60 bucks of food that was not worth 60 bucks.

Decided to try the new $7 fill up.. very disappointed. Since when did their original recipe chicken became small pieces.. the drumstick is almost the size of a sauce pack. The thigh is size ofv2 sauce pack. Dont think it's worth $7 value
