I am highly disappointed in this location. Everyday for the past 8 months I've been coming to this establishment for my 4 year old son whom has Autism and I always order him the 4 piece combo with all drumsticks. On the past 3 occasions I've been to the store we've been told that we can't order 4 legs and she didn't service us. I have called the corporate number and made a report because unless you have a child with autism you will never understand how much the restaurant has changed the course of our day.

I waited in the drive through for over twenty minutes for a 12piece meal and the new chizza bites meal… i watched over 10 other cars get served that came in line after me and guess what? I’m still waiting on my 55$ meal

Placed an order, checked halfway home and saw they forgot fries. The first thing they said when I returned was "do you have your receipt" without an apology. Disappointed ?, no yelling or requesting refunds or credits, just wanted fries.

The restaurant looks dirty. And the tables are always dirty. And I ask an employee for help and she answers me without any helpful attitude.
Decided to try it and order more than $50 and the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. But the nuggets were okay and the funnel fries were good. If I’m hungry would avoid this place and go somewhere else.
