On a Friday night I was waiting at home for 90 minutes before I started the process of figuring out They had duked my out of.my hard earned money. And what shamefulness, I went out of my way to really support this business

i used to really enjoy a slice of Costco pizza, but lately I’ve been eating a lot of Korner Slice. With their new ownership and new management the pizza here has improved so much that when i stopped at Costco yesterday i could only eat 1/2 slice before i gave up and decided that Korner slice ruined Costco pizza for me.

I always hate to do this.. but they don’t need to operate this location. After walking in to order, just to see if the reviews added up on customer service - when I say the 15 minute wait time they promise is JUST NO. You have people in the back looking like they don’t work there, calls going unanswered as the phone continues to ring & literally a 1.5 hour wait time for some dang on wings! I would tell you to run!! Just don’t.. not worth the time or the hassle. Not sure who runs this business but likely needs to go back to the drawing board before opening another brick and mortar.

My overall experience with the employees inside was just horrible if it was my establishment none of them would have a job. They took our order and told us it will be ready in 15 minutes right after they asked if it was going to be card or cash we told them cash. Then the young woman who answered the phone told me you would have to pay when you get inside like that’s not obvious. I arrived and they didn’t even start my food. They told me it would be an additional 15 minutes because I sounded unsure when I was ordering over the phone. If they have a problem with cash then they should just say so over the phone and online where everything is just with a card payment.

Something has definitely changed. I don't know if it's the ingredients or if it's the ownership or management. But these last few weeks I've been going to Pizza Hut Summerwood and it seems like it's winning
I actually planned on writing a good review tonight after planning to receive my expected order but the service I received tonight was unacceptable. I placed an order on Grubhub around 730pm. The grubhub app clearly states that the restaurant has their own drivers and doesn’t use grubhub’s. I knew this because I had recently ordered twice from them. The expected delivery was 30-45 minutes.
9pm came and I called to check on my order. The guy that answered said no one from grubhub came to pick it up yet. I had to tell him that they don’t use grubhub drivers. He had to put me on hold to confirm this smh. He said they will send the order out shortly.
955pm came (5 minutes before closing) and I received an email stating that my order was cancelled due to them being busier than normal. I called and was immediately hung up on. I called again in case it was an accident. Someone picked up and held the phone and didn’t say anything. It’s now 10pm and I wasted hours waiting around for them when I could’ve been getting something else!
I will NEVER order from them again

Hands down the best pizza I've had in a long time! I've been a dominoes fan for years bit had this place recommended and I don't think I can ever go back to anything else. Best chicken pineapple pizza I've ever had!

Unfortunately one of my favorite items on their menu has gone downhill. Basic pizza roll. Used to it was decent size. Now it's no bigger than a breadstick from Little Ceasars. Terrible. The pasta has declined as well.
