Jason, the person who offered to resolve my issue from over a month ago nolonger works here. The person who i spoke with today was AWFUL! Challenged everything I mentioned about this issue, despite me having my receipt and the Original review for proof. Do not go here unless u can check ur order thoroughly before leaving. Her saracasm and claims about how "most people" would have handled the issue didnt sit right w me. I see why their closing so many locations smh. Horrible service.
Cute location, friendly employee, but cinnamon rolls were doughy, stale, & hard on outside. They didnt even look like they typically do. Most embarrassing part is i bought a box for a few preschool teachers & didn't realize it til I had already given them their box. Lessons: 1) dont go whwn im in a rush & 2) open the box before I drive off next time 3) read the other reviews cuz looks like it was a rough week for this business

I love Krispy Kreme. I have since I was a child, when I would watch the donuts in the conveyer belt being doused in glaze. They are the best donuts to me. But unfortunately there is a manager here who is pretty mean-spirited. I have stopped going consistently because I worry about having to deal with her.

Okay I will be one of the first to say that I was tickled pink 20+ years ago when Krispy Kreme finally came to Houston. There's nothing more satisfying for the sweet tooth then getting a hot Krispy Kreme donut fresh off the conveyor belt. This location is actually better than average, and the service is friendly and professional. Price range. The donuts are well with in the price range of all the other donut shops in and around Houston except for the specialty gourmet shops that charge anywhere from $10 to $12 a donut. I was hurting to see that Krispy Kreme now has cinnamon rolls on a limited basis until they are sold out for the day and I did not make it in time so I cannot attest how well they taste. I would definitely go here again the next time I find myself headed to the airport and needing a sweet tooth first thing in the morning. Otherwise the chances of me getting a hot donut lessen.
Parking: If you are headed east on Loutta you might be best served turning in by the chase Bank since the driveways into the parking lot or not directly into the parking lot but off to the sides.
Wheelchair accessibility: There were plenty of handicap parking places but I did not see a button in order to open the door. I will say however well I was there. There were enough people going in and out the door. The chances are someone will probably be there to open the door if you don't go through the drive-thru.

Just left this store. They called this “Iced caramel specialty latte” - see the pic. My husband said the coffee is not correct but the workers said they don’t have the ingredients, no milk, no sauces, didn’t bother to remake my drink and still proceeded to charge us regular price $5.39 plus tax for this. This is beyond ridiculous.

Had the most amazing experience at this Krispy Kreme! We drove a long distance to get here due to there only need two in the Houston area. The employees here were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond for us today. The donuts especially the pumpkin spice cake were amazing!!! Krispy Kreme open more brick and mortar stores!
