Glenda in the bakery was absolutely amazing! She was super nice and very talented. I placed a cupcake order for my daughter party gave her the cup cake toppers and I had no idea really what colors or anything to ask her to make. So I asked her please just make it cute and OMG she did. They came out so beautiful I absolutely loved them even my daughter loved them so much and they tasted so good.. I definitely will do this again! Thank you Glenda you’re amazing!

I have used curbside p/u several times this past 6 weeks. The service is not spectacular, but today was absolutely the worst. I pulled in and tried to call the number, not working. One young man was putting groceries in another car and ask my name, confirmed phones lines were not working properly. He was the only one working and it took 40 minutes for him to get my order...others were ahead of me. I tipped him as this was not his fault, but management certainly needs to up their game and staff curbside. In the future, I'll continue to order from HEB across the street. Their service is always fast! So disappointed with this store.

The male manager on duty today at 6:15 needs to be re-schooled on courtesy I think, not only are the lines backed up continuously, but this manager has forgotten that arrogance is not customer friendly. The checkers , slackers, basket crew are friendly and work their butts off, but not this guy. After 20 years, See ya Kroger, hello HEB.
