If you come here when this lady is here, turn around and leave! As a matter of fact, do not come here at all! The food sucks! The service is horrible. This lady has the ugliest attitude ever! Don’t ask for limes, hot sauce, napkins etc… If you don’t believe me go and find out for your self. Definitely not coming

The crawfish was a good size, however they were not purged or seasoned well. Please remember to season the water you boil the crawfish instead of throwing seasoning on the shells.

2 stars is pushing it items are over priced for the amount of food you actually recieve.. my rootbear was the best part and the fries other then that.. i won’t be returning to this location at all

This is happened twice that when we order by phone. When you get there to pick up your order nobody knows, nobody prepare your order, and you need to order again in store. The reason why we order online and schedule the pick up so we don’t need to wait but I guess it doesn’t matter you still need to order again and wait.

Even when you request and PAY for LIVE crawfish, they give you frozen crawfish as if people do not know the difference. Completely unacceptable since you pay your money up front, only to get home and realize you did not get what you paid for. A company that is unethical in this fashion is probably not sanitary either. Eat here at your own risk.

The manager was rude and called me a racial slur because I asked for a refund. I ordered a TALAPIA poboy and received CATFISH. The presentation was sloppy, the fish was old and burnt. EXCELLENT food and service. This place is super clean and the staff is super friendly. I eat here at least 2 times a week. The magic rice is soooooooo delicious.... truly magic in your mouth. Ooooh and the WINGS!!!! You have to try it to know what I mean...... WARNING.... this food is addictive ?

First time in this location in humble I was trying to go too the location on veterans memorial and a was close for repairs. This place is trash they took forever the food looks horrible service aas bad and I had to wait so long.I saw the low rating and still went because of my daughter. Guys I spent 24 dollars I will like going back and giving them there food back the rice was so dry in ridiculous horrible experience. I got a 3 piece catfish look at this thing are u serious my stomach feels weird already this food is not fresh.

We were the only two people there at first. My sister was in town from San Antonio and was so excited to bring me here for the garlic spicy shrimp, which did not disappoint. What did disappoint was the cheesy crawfish egg rolls. I was expecting there to be way more crawfish and perhaps cabbage and carrots in it, but no. Just cheese and maybe 3 crawfish in the whole thing. I will not get that again. The crawfish basket was very good though.

The boiled shrimp are plain but durable. However, the PHO was horrible and I do mean horrible. The chicken Pho had nothing but noodles the juice was bland and the spicy beef Pho was bland. The base is what makes the Pho. Ugh, and the restroom was stinky. No music or any entertainment, and no friendly faces. I will never visit this location again.

We were one of two parties in the restaurant on a Sunday between lunch and dinner.I ordered one dozen boiled shrimp and was disappointed with the flavor and texture - they lacked seasoning and were overcooked. Also, shrimp.was priced per dozen and not per pound.I did enjoy the crawfish pho, cheesey crawfish rolls, and lemon pepper chicken bites.I am on the fence about returning, but it is a possibility since the pho was really good. I wish I'd have ordered that first.

Let me start by saying they got my order wrong I called lady was rude. The crawfish I order wasn’t cleaned they crawfish was dirty and top it off the juice was brown I have bad headache from it. … I should have read reviews before order it I do not recommend ordering from here…. Please don’t.

I ordered shrimp fried… rice is salty as hell shrimp had tails on the ends and no Vegetables. Call the store back so they could remake it and I was told once it leaves the store it’s nothing they can do about it wow such horrible customer service before I was told that another lady offered to refund me then another lady get on the phone saying sorry it’s nothing I can do. La crawfish I will never eat at this location ever again!!!!!
