Went during lunch, first person in like with about 5 people waiting on their order. Took about 5minutes for someone to address me and then they asked if I wanted to wait or if I had “any idea” what I might want to get. Walked out and went somewhere else. Don’t waste your time, it’s clear they can’t find good help at this location.

Management and staff was very friendly! I was greeted as I came in the door into a very clean facility! Staff was knowledgeable about their products. I received my order in a very timely manor. I will be back and I definitely recommend!

Went in to order on Saturday 8/20/2022 5:15pm for carry out the open sign was on and the door was unlocked. There was no one at the counter so I stood there for a minute and finally a worker asked what I was doing and I told him that I wanted to order, and then said they were closed, funny that the posted hours for closing reads 8:30pm, I will not ever go out of my way again, they need to close permanently with hrs. like that Subway was glad to have my business

I used to come to this place mostly every weekend, and I’ve decided never to come here again. The service is bad, food is bad. I asked for extra mayo and cheese and I got none of that, there wasn’t any tea made. And I got served in a paper plate. What happened to the baskets? I ordered the large sandwich and they served me a small one. Is ridiculous how bad this place has gotten in the past few years. No wonder when I go is always empty now. Also while I sat and eat there the phone rang and the employee stayed sitting down watching TV. Is better going to subway at this point. Save your money people!!

Terrible service on 8/1 @ 1PM. Manager was rude, did not understand what I wanted and berated me for it, then served another customer and made me wait. Terrible!

Ordered an American Club, asked for extra turkey instead of bacon. Somehow this translated to less meat all together. I've always felt Lennys was very generous with their meat servings. Today it felt like a Subway sandwhich on Lenny's bread.

Very Poor....It takes them 20 minutes to ask you what you'd like to order.7 yrs ago, this use to be a Great Lenny's, but since new Management took over, you're better off going elsewhere.

I went in paid 10.00 which is not the problem but I paid for extra cheese mayo didn't get that but to add insult to injury no meat. This is sad!! No I didn't finish it nothing but bread!!!
