This place feels very limited when it comes to food options. Honestly, I came in expecting low quality food, but it was actually lower than I anticipated. I did take into consideration the time (around 7pm), but the food wasn’t fresh at all. The staff was nice and pleasant, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible food quality. If you’re looking for a buffet, I’d recommend making the extra drive to Caffe East or Buffetopia in Humble instead. I only stopped here for convenience, but it wasn’t worth it.

Never in my time eating here have I been hovered upon in the middle of my eating? To give her the check while I was eating. I'd even sat down for 15 minutes. The food is still on the table. But she kept circling around like a vulture around the table. Forcing me to pay before I have my dessert.. and then, when I did, she snatched, it almost threw it across the floor. Then she's standing in the back staring, looking at the table, see what tips she got.
As an Asian buffet it’s what you want and expect. The selection is good, the food is hot & tasty (I always eat too much) and the place is clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The price is reasonable - something like $13 for the lunch buffet - but be aware that if you pay the server with a $20 - they’re going to try to get you to let them keep the change in broken English (I have my doubts about their true lack of English ability - I suspect it might be an act). I generally let them have it because $20 all in for lunch isn’t terribly bad and it doesn’t hurt to be nice to someone. The food is good, the place is clean and the people are nice. It’s one of our go-to’s for weekday lunch.

This place has a variety of food but some things are not so fresh but the rest is good. Our family has visited 4x this yr and twice the food was not good at all and the other 2 were great….other than having to chase the waitress for refills on drinks it’s a 3out 5 star.

We sat down made 1 plate each and found the food cold and hard. Was not good at all. When asked if they was gonna bring out fresh food we was told to dig to the bottom. Now you can't tell me there is fresh food at the bottom because I know that's where all the old food is. The drinks where gross and we was told that's a Pepsi problem not a them problem.
To top it all off when we told the manager he argued that we was the only one to say the food was cold but im sure we was not the only ones to say something about the food.
For me I love a good Chinese or Asian buffet and this is the first time I have walked out of one and it sucks.

The food I was craving was the fried crab (it was mushy and all around just disgusting) the shrimp, also mushy but good flavor. Only ate a couple shrimp before I couldn't stand the mushy any more, and lastly the most important that I was craving was the crawdads. The first time I went, they were very good. 2nd and 3rd time I went back, they were overcooked, muddy, and just all around not good.
