Very poor Service get to the drive-through and have to wait like 7 minutes before someone comes to the window the guy comes to the window and say what did you order very very unprofessional… pizza 🍕 was cold not hot and ready need better people that going to love to work for a company like this

I went in and asked for five pizzas, the guy who came up didn’t say a word to me… He charged me for five but only four were ready. I was in a rush so I asked him to cancel the order since I hadn’t pressed accept on the keypad and just put four, I asked if I would still be charged for the give and he didn’t respond, he just pressed buttons on the computer and asked me to swipe again. I was charged twice… and didn’t find out until I got home. I’ve tried calling multiple times and am always left on hold 15+ minutes with no answer.

The wait time here at this location is absolutely insane!! I came on Friday and waited in line for an hour! Once you get in line there is no way to get out so you’re stuck waiting. When I got to the window he said it would be another 20-30 minute wait time for some crazy bread. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but they either need to hire some more employees or just shut it down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am utterly disgusted! I have waited two hours for food along with other customers and the manager stated that he can’t help me! It is sad! I will never come back to this place and I mean just that! This location is by far the worst location I have ever been to in Houston and I frequent Little Caesars!!!!

Better than the one on Wilson Rd. Still about the same. The code for the warmer didn't work. Staff doesn't acknowledge your there. Eventually someone took my order out of the warmer and gave it to me
I waited an hour for two pizzas and two crazy bread combos. The staff was really trying, but they didn't have enough experienced employees. It would have been better if they used the Pizza Portals.

If I could give zero stars would. Did a mobile order and after 2 hours the food still was not ready. We could have bought all the ingredients and cooked it from scratch at this point. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
