We ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready between 7:56- 8:01, but we were waiting in line for 15 minutes after the pickup time. We finally got the order and the crazy bread was still doughy! Definitely not worth the wait if the food isn’t cooked all the way!

I called for 1 pepperoni pizza. They said give them 15 min. I went by in 30 min and pizza was not even made yet. They for got to put my order in. So I had wait another 10 min while they made it.

I pulled up to the drive through line, the young girl saw me pull up and so did Bruce the manager. At no point in time was i acknowledged or greeted mind you there was no one ahead of me or anyone in the lobby. 11 mins I waited to place my order, when I nicely brought it up I explained it would have been good customer service to come to the window if she would have came to the window, greeted me and let me know to give her a few minutes before placing my order. I wasn’t rude or demanding but gave her feedback/suggestion. She replied w my total and that it would take 10 mins for the order to come out. Completely ignoring me AGAIN. After a few huhs and what’s I realized a was speaking to deaf ears, it was all very frustrating.

The customer service is horrible. They messed up my hamburger pizza. It's supposed to be beef pizza and they made a mistake and put sausage Italian on top of my pizza instead of hamburger pizza and another thing you have to wait to somebody to order your food

About this place as much as you can! Horrible customer service and the food isn't as great as other locations. They should really teach their workers how to treat customers. I worked in customer service as a teenager and I treated everyone equally because that's the right thing to do. You can't be miserable and taking it out on others just because you don't want to work. The employees here have a lot of work to do.
