I arrived at 7pm on this last Sunday night and was told it was a 45 minute wait for a hot n ready by a manager who didn't want to give her name. She finally gave a name after asking for the manager and she stated she was the manager, named Amanda. Never going back and the neighborhood should heed the reviews

This was disappointing order. I ordered ahead of time for two extra most bestest pizza and it looks like a hot and ready. I got a email stating my order was ready and u wasn’t able to get pizza from the heating pick up portals. The cashier couldn’t find my pizza by my first name, and when she finally did it was on the back counter. It was cold ! Was not with the 15 extra mins of me waiting in line. They also touched so many other things while handling the food. Like their headphones and ears. They had trash on the pizza pan.

I ordered a pizza through the online I asked for extra sauce it told me it was going to be done at 2:41 I got there at 2:36 I asked the gentleman is the pizza ready he said no it says it's not supposed to be ready until 2:41 so that's when it'll be ready. Very rude it didn't look like it but you can't really see underneath the cheese so driving where my destination is like 15-20 minutes away I get there and this pizza is dry as hell I call customer service where I spend 6 7 minutes on the phone and still don't get to talk to anybody Little Caesars is just gone downhill so bad.. as you can see by the images I posted not only is there not exercise on it but I don't think there's any sauce at all. Meanwhile 9 minutes later I'm still on hold

Wouldn't know how my food tastes! Staff gave it away and basically said tough luck! After waiting 30 minutes from order to even speak to a staff member for my food that had supposedly ready on time, but now between the ten minutes they spent helping anyone who was loudest my food was given away and I would have to wait for a new order.

Kinda slow here. It's a high volume store but should be picking up the speed at some point with all the orders. A minimum 20-25 min wait on busy nights

Been here twice nothing is ever hot and ready. Only wait 15-20 minutes both times. Not sure if the manager of this location knows that it is supposed to be quick. They are extremely under staffed and manager never here.

I’ve been going to this Little Caesar’s on Wilson Rd for years, but the customer service has become horrible over the past year. I was stuck in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes just to get to the window, then waited another 10 minutes and had to honk my horn just to get someone’s attention. When the employee finally came to the window, he asked if I ordered on the app. I said no, and he told me it would be a 45-minute wait. So much for “Hot-N-Ready.”

This location seriously needs new management. I will not be coming back.

Do not waste your time going to this location ... very very poor customer service. 20 min will turn into an hour .. manager encourage employee to be disrespectful to customer. You will get your pizza when they feel like preparing it so shut up and wait.

There was one bright spot and that was a young assistant manager Rashard, he honored my order that was never honored the day before when there were 40 people in.the shop and not enough staff in the shop to address my online order that was paid for an hour earlier. He was service oriented and very fair. Other than that the experience wasnt pleasant and its obvious that the team is understaffed.
