I pre-ordered my pizza the day before as I was needing pizzas for a birthday party. I was very frustrated because at the time I picked up my pizza, the pizza was not ready and the guy at the front was very rude when I asked him why it was not ready as I had pre-ordered with the scheduled time for pick up the day before his response was, we are busy! I didn’t ask him if I could speak with a manager. He went and spoke to the manager and told me that the manager would come talk to me. He was very rude to all the people who came for pick up and with no surprise, all their orders were not ready either, when the manager came to speak to me, he told me he was sorry and that he would have my pizza ready in 10 minutes that I could grab a 2 L prior to that the front guy was very rude as well because the manager took his time to come and speak with me so I asked again a second time for the manager, and he was rude and told me that they are busy and that he’s busy too and that he will come when he can when he’s ready . I really think his attitude should be better and he should be more friendly especially because he’s dealing with customers at the time I received my pizza he put them on the counter without anything no apology no nothing he just put them down and said here they are, and that’s that , disappointing I won’t be buying here again. I also want to mention that I used the mobile app for my order.

They were very busy and badly backed up this evening, but my order was right and the staff was friendly, aplogizing for the delays. All locations of this franchise are busy-it’s the nature of the cheap, fast and ready. I do not know where this location failed, but the kids working there didn't give up.

If you order online it's a faster process for you to be out from the store, if you purchase inside of store the process is more longer on waiting and by then your food is already cold when you get home my recommend is order online and pick at store..Parking: Not enough parking spots but you will have to find a place to get parked it's hard but you have to look around

This was a horrible experience 3 people working with 7 people inside waiting on service. Nobody was coming up front to check on customers or if they needed to order. This is the reason why there should always be a manager on duty not young teenagers running a business.

Placed an order online, pizza and breadsticksI was told it will be ready at 7pmWe get there wait another 25 min for our orderThen the guy said it’s going to have to be another 10 min to receive my breadsticks, while I was waiting I witness an older white lady touching the breadsticks with her bare hands!! I said forget the breadsticks and he handed me a cheese pizza, not sure if he thought he was doing me a favor by proving me a pizza instead of what I ordered ahead of time. Y’all need management and to be organized. Not acceptable at all. This place was amazing over a year ago. Please get it together.
I ordered through the drive-thru for me and my family, i was told it would be a 15 minute wait , i was fine with that because i needed to run into the walmart , i come back and go inside to pick up my already ready order , i waited another 10 when my food was supposed to be ready. I accepted that and didnt complain. UNTIL I GOT MY ORDER! I rushed out after receiving my order due to me being in a rush i checked it in my car and there was coffee spilled on a few of the boxes ( the ones underneath the top ones , I ordered 6 pizzas in total) i wasnt going to make a fuss until i ate a slice of my deep dish , THERE WAS COFFEE SPILLED ON MY PIZZA! After picking up my kids i took the boxes back and informed the woman who took my order of the problem and she was so nonchalant and seemed like she didnt even care , she even told me herself there was coffee spilled on my food AFTER i brought it back and demanded an answer , she and i quote said “oh i thought they changed the boxes” . when I demanded they remake my pizza and give me clean boxes, ontop of that i had to wait another almost 20 minutes for the remade pizzas , not a single apology and the entire staff (around 4 or 5 people were chatting , on their phones , not servicing the other customers that walked in and asked if they were going to get to order or not) im so disappointed because my family orders from this specific little cesars a lot and now we dont even want to anymore

Not sure who runs this place but every time I come here there is 2 or 3 employees working. It's always busy, full lobby and a long drive thru line. Management should do better at scheduling accordingly.

This was our first time ordering from this location. All of our pizzas were undercooked, with raw dough. We requested them to be well-done. There was no extra pepperoni. It looks like they tried to create a deep dish pizza but didn't use a deep dish pan? Not sure what really happened, but it went in the trash, and we won't be ordering from them again.
