I just came in with my daughter and I ordered a shrimp pho for my daughter and a brisket / shrimp for myself. The young guy who is in the front, had no interest in taking our order. I asked if there were any drinks available and pointed to the fridge and said yeah they are over there. My daughter and I grabbed our drinks and I paid we sat down. My daughter was given seafood pho instead of just regular shrimp. When I brought it to his attention he made an irritation remark like, “you don’t want that” I proceeded to say no but my daughter said she would eat it. Not knowing it is self served, I asked for hoisin, siracha, and chili oil. He made another irritated remark, “its self served its over there”. I said I didn’t know it was self served but thanks! A lady walks in as my daughter and I are finishing up. She was greeted respectfully and also had her drink brought to her. I thought that was pretty interesting. First time trying their food, it was good but will not be back because of the customer service.

The food was very good and the broth was very flavorful. The cashier was very welcoming and polite as well.

The only thing Vietnamese about this place is the music played. Trust me, I was born and raised in Vietnam and spent the latter half of my teenage years and adult life in California, so I know good Viet / Asian food.Came in one rainy night because the other restaurant close by had a blackout. Place was dead empty. Server stood at the counter and just straight up stared at us. NOT a single word. We didn’t know what to do and felt a little awkward, but just picked a table. Dude still didn’t utter a single word and just stared. So we seated our 3yo and my wife finally said, “do we order up there or…? It’s our first time.” Dude then said we order up there.Food was…laughable. We got the pho and the pork rice. Had to get our own “Sriracha” and hoisin sauce. They serve with ONE PLASTIC spoon (ONE spoon, for TWO dishes, TWO ADULTS and ONE KID). Had to ask for more. What is this, a chinese takeout? Even chinese takeouts are much better. The rice dish is god awful. Rice is dry. The “fish sauce” is probably made from tap water. Absolutely no fish sauce smell or taste. This place is A JOKE. SKIP IT. Never again.

Great flavor and customer service. Their non-pho food options are good, too, as I have a child who doesn't like any type of soup.

The store appears as open on google maps. I was able to place an online order and was charged? I get to the location and it’s closed!

I recently visited this local pho spot and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my dining experience. The food surpassed my expectations, especially when compared to another local spot, "v bistro."The standout feature for me was the deep and flavorful broth that elevated the pho to a whole new level. What sets this place apart is the self-service station where you can customize your bowl with various Sriracha and hoisin sauces – a brilliant touch! The authenticity of the Vietnamese coffee, using the Cafe du Monde brand, added a delightful touch to the meal. I appreciated their generosity in serving it, making it a true Vietnamese coffee experience. The eggrolls and spring rolls were a testament to the freshness of their ingredients. I enjoyed the crispiness and flavors, which complemented the main course perfectly. The ordering process at the register was smooth, and the self-service sauce station added a fun and interactive element to the dining experience. The cleanliness of the place and its warm atmosphere further contributed to an enjoyable meal.Overall, I highly recommend this pho spot for anyone seeking a delicious, authentic Vietnamese dining experience. It has easily become my go-to place for a satisfying bowl of pho.

My wife loves pho, but she took one bite and stopped..The vermicelli chicken I ordered was not tasty and smelled bad. We gave up and ordered something else.

Worst pork vermicelli I have ever had. Will not be coming back and don't recommend. Waiter took my order wrong, so I had to wait for them to correct and the service/ server was rude. My pork and egg roll was burnt. I just should have ate my leftover grilled chicken I made yesterday.

The food was good but this place felt more like a fast food joint. I sat down and then instructed you place the order at the counter. She watched me as I looked at the menu and I felt rushed. You pay first, again like a fast food joint. I sat down and they brought my pho. Turns out, I have to walk back up to the counter and grab my chopsticks and napkins. She never told me that when I was paying. It was a very small bowl of bean sprouts (literally 4" wide and 2" high). I sure wouldn't have tipped so generously had I known I would be doing most of the work and skimpy servings. Fortunately, the food was tasty. Good luck.

I drove overnight to Texas. Just picking up a friend and going back. I was starving and had this last night. It made me sick.I'm from DC, and I love pho. Also, you could see I have reviewed a few pho places in the past. And I usually order the same things.Pho, bah mi, and summer rolls. The first red flag was the was the summer rolls were packaged. I should've known better. It comes like how prepackaged veggies come from the supermarket... I took one bite, and I said no. This is not good. I should've spit it out because I think this is what made me sick. I think they might prepare them in the mornings and leave it sitting out there. It didn't taste fresh, and summer rolls should... oh, and the peanut sauce was runny. Just not good.Broth is very very greasy and almost bland. Meats in the combination pho were bland and dry. Just not the warm delightful meal I was expecting. Now the bah mi was good. It wasn't great but it was more edible than anything else. I went to bed after I ate I was super tired.Woke up in the middle of the night with terrible stomach cramps and pain. Ended hugging the toilet a couple of times. And don't let me say the rest because TMI.I thought I could trust UberEats reviews, 4.7 stars. Nope.Maybe they lost their touch.Just saying... If you're really hungry and you wanna come here... dont.

I live in the apartments next to this spot. Today I ordered the Shrimp Bahn Mi and Shrimp Vermicelli bowl. The bahn mi is bland. No flavor besides the jalapeños. Disappointing. The vermicelli bowl was just ehhhh too. $32 for this!? The prices don’t match the food flavor/quality when there is a Pho spot (The Pho Spoon) with way better food and prices.. unfortunately they were closed which is why I tried this spot. Never again.

Ordered brisket pho. And first thing I noticed was that they did not have the original Sriracha like most authentic pho places like most places do. #2 the size of their large pho for 12.98 looked like a small size I get at my other pho shops. They gave us what looked like a disposable pho spoon 1 time use plastic that is too small. I was about to drink the broth when I noticed there was a piece of hair floating . It’s one of the worst pho places I’ve tried by far . 1/10 would not recommend this place .
