Even after expressing concerns, I was told my party couldn’t be accommodated. The manager who had something on her face, maybe warts or keloids, making her look like the Wicked Witch of the West rudely informed me that they couldn’t take our reservation, even though it was for my grandmother’s birthday. To make things worse, right after turning us away, she accepted a party of 11 behind us and told them there would be just a 30-minute wait. The inconsistency and attitude were beyond disappoint.

The restaurant is beautiful, the food was amazing. We started with the brisket queso, I would highly recommend it. The steak was super juicy and had wonderful seasoning. Our server could have been more attentive we felt like we were searching for him and he definitely forgot about our drink at one point but the manager made up for that completely. She was so thoughtful! Our son was noticeably upset at one point and she brought us a free fruit cup! That cheered him right up. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will be visiting again.
Kid-friendliness: We had multiple servers come up to tell our son hi, it was so sweet. Someone even gave us a graham cracker snack for him. Later on in the meal he got upset, then the manager brought us a free fruit cup to cheer him up! He was very happy.

The server ignored us most of the night, so that was regrettable. Although, I found my food okay if not atad undercooked (salmon with a well done cook temp) other members of the table found their main courses less appetising. No major mess ups but slight under seasoning(not enough to warrant a return / complaint) coupled with a somewhat absent server (she was there, we were apparently low on the priority list) kinda spoiled the experience.

went to longhorn today and usually they are good with service but today that didn't happen. waited over 10min just for the server to tell me could please wait a bit. nope I will not wait over 10min for you just to come take a my drink order.Thanks but no thanks!

Would not eat here again. The young man that led us to our table looked like we just killed his puppy. Notice I didn't call him a greeter because he certainly did not do that, just a how many? And follow me. Ordered medium rare steaks and got close to well done in a lake of myoglobin. To the manager that checked in after our meal was done and said we should have said something and they would have re-cooked us another, failed to understand that you have to see your server in a timely manner to make such a request. I was hungry and I'm not going to spend the rest of my dinner with my head on a swivel trying to flag down a server, let alone the one assigned to my table.

Some say the Longhorn Steakhouse serves some of the most flavorful and delicious steaks available anywhere even rivaling some premium steakhouses. So I had to try it for myself. I ordered the strip steak, medium with veggies and a salad. I must say the steak was delicious. It was flavorful and juicy. The steakhouse prices are more attractively priced than some of the others. However, it’s not a giveaway either. I believe the steak was somewhere around $27 for 12 ounce strip. The restaurant itself had the ambience of an old-fashioned steakhouse: dark interior, stately walls, very nicely decorated and a full fledged bar. They also offer lunch and child menus. So depending on your desire for a full steak or something less, you’ll find it on the menu and it’s probably gonna be fairly priced.
My steak was good but they gladly took it back to fix cause it was alittle too pink for my liking. The bread was hot& fresh veggies was good& hot. Thank you
