Food is good when fresh but be ready to get up charged and hidden fees . Last I came they had a hidden away sign where they charged a percentage on a credit card. So I paid cash, guess what still got charged CC transaction fee. When i asked the manager she told me the fee is default and u get charged regardless. They are always out of stuff, menu items change and my receipts are not even itemized. Its crazy. Need better policies. I don’t blame the workers seem like their hands are tied, i blame the ownersz

This location use to really have a nice quality of food and great taste. I went in for lunch today and I wondered why is the parking was empty and lunch time. Well I found out the chicken was dark and dry which is a sure sign this is day old chicken rewarmed. I moved away and been recommending this place and I had not gotten any positive feedback I can definitely see why. I will never go back to this location. I would rather drive to the location on Atascocita Road. Not pleased at about the taste and quality at all. Disgraceful

Incredibly slow. Not good for people who get off the highway and in a hurry to continue their travels.

Went through the drive thru and got chicken strips and fries. When I got home, I realized it was ice-cold chicken and stale cold fries. I was too tired to drive back, so I just ate it. Guess who woke up at 5 am with violent food poisoning? Never again will I eat here. I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant over the course of the past few months. The food and service have gone downhill. I remember when they actually served you piping hot, fresh food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I've never been so sick.

the workers here are listing to music with AirPods and the not really friendly . They taking orders with not much of a good energy. If the owner ask me what he should do, I would tell him to shut the place down .

Do not waste your money here! The fish was overcooked, the chicken wasn't flavorful, and the coleslaw tasted like Mayonaisse and had no sweetness. The customer service was slow. I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru, however the employee was friendly. I wasted $18 to learn a valuable lesson.

You are better off going to Church's Chicken in Humble off the 1960 or Imperial Hot Chicken at: 392 N Sam Houston Pkwy E suite d, Houston, TX 77060. Imperial Hot Chicken has the best fried chicken in Houston!

The fish tastes great with a crispy crust cajun flavor, shrimp tasted fresh, red beans and rice were spicy but not too spicy. They do a lot of call-in and take out. They need better A/C kinda warm inside. Service is usually good but we waited 30 min last visit. No tartar sauce, but cajun sauce is good. We frequently stop here when we leave houston. Jambalaya is great

Chicken was fried in fish grease. The dirty rice was old and dry. The fries were greasy, undercooked and unseasoned.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but nothing about this was Louisiana. The chicken has no seasoning. I've never ate white rice dressing/dirty rice it went straight to the trash. Add some flavor if it's gonna have Louisiana in the name.

This is a sweet little spot. The only issue I have is the location is too far from my house. But if you like southern cooking check this spot.
