Update 11/16: The drive-thru was spotless tonight, and I’m really impressed with the updates you’ve made to the building. The new packaging for the chicken is a big improvement too — it keeps everything hotter and makes the whole experience better.
As always, the chicken tenders were on point: super hot, full of flavor, and honestly some of the best value you can get. At most places I have to order a large meal just to feel satisfied, but here three tenders are more than enough because they’re massive.
Huge shoutout to the manager on shift tonight — extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely open to customer feedback. I did wait a few extra minutes for my order, but it was absolutely worth it because the food is always fresh.
Louisiana Chicken continues to deliver every time.

I was skeptical after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I gave this place a shot. The chicken tenders are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor—easily one of the best deals for the price. You really get a lot of bang for your buck here!
Service was solid, and while the drive-thru could be a little cleaner, it didn’t take away from the experience. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving some great tenders without breaking the bank!

Disgrace to Louisiana in general. Chicken cooked in fish grease and overcooked and the burger was sloppy grease everywhere .. as a chef I don't recommend but as a normal person it's your choice.. personally think Louisiana needs to be removed from the name !!

Louisiana Fried Chicken never disappoints! The food is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. I had a great experience at their Humble Location. When I noticed my order was missing two pieces after I reached home. I called the store and the staff was super polite and helpful. They immediately fixed the mistake the next day and replaced my entire order without any hassle. I really appreciate how quickly they handled it — great customer service and delicious chicken as always! And their Chicken is Halal!!! Definitely coming here again!!!

The food at most locations are delicious and I had 5 stars for drive thru experience but then I went in …. And OMG … 2 gentlemen behind the counter… nobody washing hands … on their phones… floors are thick with dirt and the mats too … nobody cleaning off the tables which were thick with food scum … and then I went to the women’s restroom 😭 if the front of house was that dirty for people to see I couldn’t imagine the kitchen which made me want to run away … fast

Horrible service, attitude to the customers, the drive thru line takes 30 minutes and they except you to remember the order when get to the windows. Just close the building your staff doesn't care to serve.

I placed an order at this restaurant on Uber eats. The delivery driver stole the food, and they told me I have to cancel the order. They let a driver take the food and didn’t fully verify and now it’s my problem. I’ve been waiting over an hour and I have to wait another 35-45 min before uber chat will even give me an option to cancel the order without being charged. The guy on the phone said he didn’t want to make another order and lose money even though it was their fault. Any restaurant I’ve ordered from has fixed these issues and resolved costs through Uber for the customer. Don’t use a delivery app if you won’t help the customer when there is a problem. 👎 lousy customer service

Whole exterior was filthy, from what I could see from the drive thru window the inside was matching, I waited almost 10min for my food just for it to taste and look like crap, something remade from a McDonald’s chicken patty.and it’s raw.
