The fish tastes great with a crispy crust cajun flavor, shrimp tasted fresh, red beans and rice were spicy but not too spicy. They do a lot of call-in and take out. They need better A/C kinda warm inside. Service is usually good but we waited 30 min last visit. No tartar sauce, but cajun sauce is good. We frequently stop here when we leave houston. Jambalaya is great

I don't like leaving bad reviews but nothing about this was Louisiana. The chicken has no seasoning. I've never ate white rice dressing/dirty rice it went straight to the trash. Add some flavor if it's gonna have Louisiana in the name.

Alex Bell was friendly and great to take our order perfectly... he provided answers before I asked the questions and Aniya was very courteous and
quick to get orders processed and to the customers . They both instilled a sense of happiness and satisfaction made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Our order was right, everything was hot and fresh.
