The kids enjoyed the ice cream, pizza was not that good, the fried mozzarella was yummy though. The games were okay, we did enjoy the VR.

Y’all ruined my son’s birthday!!! From false reservations to not even putting in our food order!! When asked about it your employee stated it will be out!! 40 minutes later still nothing! Then come to find out y’all never even put in the order but charged my card for it!! All reservations were complete BS!! Paid for wrist bands for all access and was a complete waste of money!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO HUMBLE MAIN EVENT!!!

Went for a night of bowling. Atmosphere was nice, easy process to check in for lane. 10 minutes into our game we asked the bowling attendant about drinks, he stated he would have a server come to our lane. Throughout our hour game I noticed servers at other lanes hanging out talking with one server almost 15 minutes at one lane. Still continue to wait. It wasn’t until we had 2 minutes left in our game that a server finally come over to get our order. Needless to say we didn’t get any drinks after waiting 40 minutes. Would have love to visit again but I certainly did not feel like a valued guest so I’ll be looking for somewhere else to bowl.

We took our boys (2&4) on a weekday so it wouldn't be busy. Someone at the front helped us sign up for wristbands which we were told was for unlimited activities. We didn't realize it wasn't for the games and they were too small to do any of the activities. We had brought our oldest before and played laser tag with him and were expecting to be able to again. I believe the company changed owners and changed the height requirement so we couldn't play even though nobody was there and he was a couple inches short. The wristbands came with limited play on games which lasted about 5 minutes each. (2 of the games weren't working correctly) We combined all of our tickets won while playing and they each got a couple cheap toys that fell apart minutes after opening them. (When you go to redeem your tickets, you'll likely stand there for a couple minutes while 4 teenage employees stare at their phones and ignore you.) After about 5 minutes of games and an hour of bowling ($90+-), we left and went to urban air which was a blast for all of us.
