I visited Marble Slab at Dearbrook Mall, Humble, TX on 11/09/24. I was attempting to use my rewards points to discount my purchase for my daughter. The two untrained staff people did not know how to execute the rewards transaction and insisted I pay full price for the ice cream. I refused because it was not my fault that they did not know how to do their job. Instead of making it right for the customer the staff person decided to take the ice cream back and throw it away. I am hoping cooperate can do something to make this right for the customer.

I paid $9:95 for one ice cream, that's extremely expensive for the quantity and the quality. The employee needs to be trained properly. When a customer says thank you, they need to respond back with a thank you, or at least a smile. I will never go back there again!

The poor service at this establishment was incredibly disappointing. Upon arriving, a female employee failed to acknowledge us, and another was sitting on the floor with earbuds, seemingly uninterested in assisting. We decided to visit another creamery in the mall due to the unprofessional behavior. Consider improving customer service for a better experience. This place used to be good. I hope the leadership of this place address this problem

So today I decided to take my daughter to Deerbrook Mall with her friend.She wanted to go because it ls spring break and just to get out of the house.I decided to treat myself to Marble Slab while I was waiting for them.I got the pina colada ice cream with nuts and added gummies and I also got the waffle cone.it was really good the service was good.I really enjoyed it and I will definitely be going back.

My husband took our 5yr old daughter to get ice cream last night - after standing in the long line for 5 minutes or longer and making it to the front to order they were refused service due to no mask. I had a mask in the car so I went in and got back at the end of the line. As I waited I watched one of the girls in the back take a customers personal cell phone and grab it -not wearing gloves- she set it back on the table behind her where they prepare food - then hand it to another worker to show her and then set it by the ice cream and then finally hand it back to the customer. Both workers still not wearing gloves and NEVER stopping to wash their hands proceeded to touch the ice cream cones, cups and scoops. I immediately went to the front of the line to address the situation as that is DISGUSTING. However I was told to leave the store. Why was my husband and 5 yr old daughter denied service for no mask but someone’s personal phone was passed around and placed on objects to prepare food. What do people do when they go to the bathroom? Sit on their phone. People pick their nose and then touch their phone. People do not clean/sanitize their phones 24/7 and our phones are probably one of THE dirtiest things. Think about it for a second. I will forever not understand how this is OK. If you enforce wearing a mask that’s fine but you better follow every other guideline as well.

Is ok for a place to relax and enjoy ice cream ?
Management need to teach and prepare staff on how to do a void or correct an overcharge so customer doesn’t have to stand there and wait 15-20 min.
