Marble Slab Creamery

We asked for an ice cream cake and provided pictures with how we wanted it made. I have attached what they gave us. Plus, they had an attitude with us when we mentioned it wasn't right! I hardly ever give a bad review but, this needs to be fixed.

Ice cream and cookies were great. The manager on duty was a completely different story. Im sorry ,but yelling at all 3 of your employees, infront of customers, yea I had a issue with that. Your lucky my w8fe and kids begged me not to say something to you. Yes, you, lady in the pink shirt on fathers day at about 6:25pm. Your actions were dumb. You could have and should have waited untill customers were gone. Especially with there being little kids I'm the store. What makes it worse is that you got on to your employees over empty bottles under the cabinet. Isn't it your job to make sure things are I order... how about the fact that half the ice cream were empty and hardly any cookies. Real smart taking your frustrations out on employees when customers are there.... won't be beck

Worst place I’ve ever been to. How can you mess up Ice cream. Employees looked confused. Got $10 milk shake that nothing but milk with some whip cream. What a joke.

The group working tonight 5/3/24 at 6:50pm are unfriendly do not say hi or talk when you order; gave tiniest scoops and SLOW! the ice cream was melted by the time we got it because the girl was too busy stopping and talking to the guy working therein between putting ice cream in our cone. I get it I’d be high if I had that job too but if you can’t handle it don’t smoke it.

WARNING: If you want the COMPLETE Marble Slab experience where they actually use the slab of marble to mix in toppings, show up well before 8PM when they stop doing the mix-ins.We arrived at 8:10 and were told that mixins were no longer available even though the hours of operation stated they were open until 9PM.The ice cream itself was decent but not worth what we were charged for just a couple scoops with nothing added to them.

This is the first time I’ve been to this location and I was very unhappy with the experience at this marble slab. The people there were very unwelcoming and rude. No one even looked at me until I sort of raised my voice. The store itself was very dirty, I wanted to dine-in but there was trash everywhere and the tables had ice cream stains on them. None of the people behind the counter cared about their service. The ice cream felt old and too crispy/tasteless to me. I would avoid this location at all costs, maybe try the Kingwood location because I mostly visit there and am usually happy with their service.

Literally the worst location in the area. They insist on mixing the icecream on the counter even if you ask them not to. I'm allergic to strawberries and literally go out of the way to ask them not to put my icecream on the counter. Any other location would just put it directly in the cone like I ask.

I've been here a few times and it's always good. The people who work here are kind and professional. However, I recently ordered a milkshake, and it was more milk than shake. If I'm going to spend $8 for a small shake, I would like it to be at least half ice cream.

They know my name and order and every time I go in they are on it and doing a great job. This place has customer service that is at level 100!! Love the location and I will take my money to them. Loyalty is everything.

Talk about lazy employees. Putting up the chairs at 7:25 pm when they close at 9 pm… ridiculous. Store manager: Look for better employees. They also turned off the “open” sign.

Every time I come into this location they are out of numerous flavors of ice cream. It’s a big let down to go into my favorite ice cream place and not be able to get anything because they don’t stay stocked up.

Great service great atmosphere and great to get my favorite cookies and ice cream in one spot. Great mother's night treat to me❣️
