You know I have lived in the area for years. I've even seen this building get built. But I have never came here until now. Wide selection of deli sandwiches, staff is very friendly, service is great, and I love the atmosphere. The only con I would bring up, there seems to be confusion on where the line begins. Customers seem to cut off over customers. Between customers waiting in line from the front door to the customers who want a refill. But other than that, you should definitely try this place and don't want forever like I did!

The order two is a rip off. The half sandwiches are extremely small. Also if you order a half salad there is an upcarge of 1.99 and if u want a small tiny bit extra container of dressing it's $1.50 extra. Ridiculously overpriced will not be back and go to their competition across the street next time. Service was nice that was the only positive aspect of my visi.

My family and I drove 25-30 minutes yesterday to McAlister’s. We arrived around 4 p.m. When we tried to open the doors they would not open because they were locked. We could see the lights were on and we were able to see one employee inside but was not able to enter the establishment. The operation hours listed on the door are 10:30 am - 9pm. I was so disappointed we wasted our time and gas trying to dine here only to not be able to get in.

Even though they were short staffed and very busy the food was amazing and the people working were doing their best under some really awful circumstances. Props to the only cook on duty working his butt off to get everyone their food

The manger and the employee were so rude and I ordered on the phone and by the time I arrived it wasn’t ready.. I end up waiting for other 15 minutes and they haven’t done my order!!

Everything was good besides the fact that i ordered a bowl of soup for basically $9 after tax and this is how my bowl was filled! Not acceptable at all how are you charging a bowl of soup for $9 but can’t even have the decency to fill it up ?
We ordered 20 sandwiches. Nothing was labeled. It was a terrible experience for our group. We also ordered 10 salads and none of the dressings were accurate or as ordered. Extremely disappointing to see this place no longer do ANY of the things which made us choose them with our orders. Date of failed experience: Jan 28, 25. Lunch service.

Hardly seemed like 1/2 a sandwich to me it was tiny & the broccoli cheddar soup was watered down with only broccoli stems not crows which was disappointing. I will give them another try though & order something different next time!
