This place is always hit or miss. Some days service is great, some days it’s pretty bad. The cashier the other day was distracted and appeared she had better things to do. When I say we never complain (still didn’t) and I was thrown off by the interaction, it was bad. Thankfully the food makes up for it most of the time.

Went in today and Latousha was so positive and helpful. We had kiddos and were changing orders and making substitutes. She did it all with a smile and made us laugh. These days you don’t always find people who are upbeat and encouraging! She made the experience fun.

This was my first time at a McAlister’s. After this experience, we will definitely be back. Grace greeted us with a smile and was so friendly and helpful as we tried to decide. We ate half of our sandwich driving home, and enjoyed them very much. I love crispy bacon! Thanks for a great experience.

I LOVE LEAVING A GOOD WELL EARNED REVIEW. Not just on this occasion but an another occasion . I have visited this store and received a warm welcome . The first time was the opening manager with long hair (AA woman ) . She took care of me and now Latousha. Bathrooms cleaned , food prepared to order , customer service is not a micro aggressive transactional exchange. Shout to to Simone as well for doing her walk through out the diner . As a former part time manager for a similar business you guys would have made my life and shift so easy . Give this location a try and talk to Tousha( Tasha).

The bake potatoes are insanely good, and the iced tea leaves you thinking about how good it was days later. The Rueben is my favorite. Staff is super friendly.
This is my second time at McCalisters and I'm convinced this place is wack. This location and the location in Kennesaw both served me a turkey club without the bacon or the tomato. So since they are in different states its clean people aren't being trained correctly or sony have access to the menu. That sandwich is good but I want all my ingredients.
