Kiosks here are not maintained. Very frustrated. Being autistic, I would much rather touch a screen without having to give personal information, and not need to talk to someone was a great idea. I love the idea, but please FIX them. Even the help button is out of service. Ugh. Still, breakfast is always good exactly what I want.

Ordered an Adult Happy Meal, but McDonald’s gave me an "Unhappy Meal" with no box. I asked for the box, and they gave me something that looked like a box but clearly wasn't—did someone lose their job today? No replacement meal, no nothing. Guess I’ll just “box” up my hopes and dreams now. Thanks for nothing, McDonald's

Mcdonalds is a kids favorite yet we adults enjoy friendly customer service and for whatever reason this location people at windows seem to just do their job partially but service wise just hand it with a straight face, where's the smiles the friendly service? Isn't that part of the job? That is the reason on service gave 2 stars for service yet not friendly service.
