Very upset tonight! Every time I come to this McDonald's there's always something wrong with my food! Tonight was the worst the food was wrong but the change was even worse I got shorted $50 on top of food being wrong and not fresh the poor person couldn't even make a hot fudge sundae! They did try to correct the problem and remake my food and give me the correct change but the food was still wrong so was the hot fudge sundae and still was short a five-dollar bill smh never going back!!!

The floor was very dirty, and I ordered a 10 pc. with the rewards app, and they took away 12,000 points instead of 6,000, they don't tell you your order number after you order on the machine, and you have to ask them. 2/5 Would not recommend.

I use the mobile app to order my food like. I always do when I get there. He says my order isn't there. I verify the address with him. He said that sometimes their system makes a mistake and that I have to reorder my food even though they had already charged my card. And took my reward points away from me. I had to reorder with money for the item that I paid for reward points because I don't have any more reward points because I had used them to redeem the item, and then he tells me that I'm going to get reimbursed for my reward points and the money that I spent on the food. But I have no guarantee that he is going to reimburse me. My money or that they didn't give my food to someone else. And accuse me of stealing When they stole my money from me. This must be some new management.The old manager would have never done this.He would have just gave me something and apologized.I've been going to this place for fifteen years, almost every day on my lunch break don't order from this place. They will steal from you and blame you for it. There is another McDonald's right down. The street a big happy Thanksgiving eve to me. I get screwed. I can't believe the guy sat there and argued with me about how it was. My problem. And that if I wanted my food, I had to order it again. That's just crazy.

We were ordering in the drive thru this morning line2. I was trying to get my kids order and order at the same time. She repeated my order back to me I told her it was wrong. And I kept repeating myself but was getting louder. She said you’re not going to be screaming at me. I said I’m sorry but you’re wrong. Then she’s like what else? What else? I said ma’am. I’m trying to get my order. She said I have people waiting you need to hurry up. We got home our order was wrong. SMH if she can’t handle the window she shouldn’t be working window.
