Mobile app never works
Night staff tonight unprofessional, an extremely long line due to the holiday that was wrapped around the building that I was ok with sitting in. I made my order and paid for it received my items it was completely wrong I told them what I ordered and they stated I would have to get in the line again to reorder because their register “didn’t work” at the second window. Why would I have to wait in a line wrapped around the building for y’all mistake? Make it make sense. Then when I asked for a refund they stated for me to pull to the side which I did not do because again make it make sense? Whole crew need to be replaced including the manager.
The young gentleman named Messiah who took our order , we came at a very chaotic lunch time and was just very respectful and polite young man 🎄

I have never had a problem with this location, I do pick up mobile orders all the time. But today they were short a drink, went through the drive through and let them know.. went back and waited 20 mins. So I left

They gave me cold fry very dissapointed. I want a refund, very bad will Clayton. Employees very kind tho, very good people. I recall the cold fry and im dissapointed.

I walked into this McDonald’s in the afternoon around 2 PM to order a fresh coffee. The young man who helped me said it would take about 3 minutes. I had no problem waiting.
However, after more than 7 minutes, multiple crew members came by asking if I had been helped. I told each of them, “Yes, he’s making coffee for me.” One of the ladies even checked in the back and said again, “Yes, he’s making it.”
When I finally received my coffee and got to my car, it was old — definitely not fresh. It felt like the employee wasted my time while pretending to make a new pot.
I’ve seen the owner of this establishment before, and I truly hope she hires staff who take pride in their work. This was disappointing, especially for something as simple as fresh coffee.
I mostly get breakfast here. The only down side is the traffic from the school but a little bit of patience and it's fine

I had a bad experience a few weeks ago with customer service. But after contacting a manager, they helped me and gave me better service and a complimentary meal. The fact that they acknowledged the error and gave me a complimentary meal to fix the error made me feel like a valued customer.

At this location, the food was served cold, and the playroom and dining area smelled musty..no attention to detail, yes a bunch of kids working but I blame management for not following up with the staff
