Came thru drive thru at 3:42am and man on headset was rude I placed an online order but did t know they were closed till I pulled up. Went to the window and honked horn he just looked and walked off, I was just trying to see if I could cancel my order since they were closed. A lady came to help and he tried to cut her off and over talk her to tell me they were closed yet again. When all I was going was trying to see how to cancel order

We had a Mobile order and when arrived at the menu intercom they never asked for order number, instead we were told to go to window, at first window we were told to go to second window without asking order number. The lady al the last window sud we needed to get in line again but we refused cause we had waited for over 10 minutes already. The lady at the window said she would give us the order but that she never wanted to see us at the restaurant ever again, and she repeated the same thing when she gave us the food. She ws completely rude

I came to pick up a DoorDash order at 11:30pm and the doors from the lobby were open so I came in to pick up the order and the manger was SO DISRESPECTFUL she told me to get out because the doors closed at 10pm but I didn’t know that because when I arrived they were still open AT 11:30PM SHE COUDNT EVEN TELL ME PLEASE!
