I placed an order through the app on 7/29. The apps shows the order went through. However, when I got there they said it was no order. I showed them the order and I also showed them the charge went through my bank. So, I said since the money came out my account, can you just give me my order? The so called manager said no, that the money would be automatically refunded. As of today, 8/1 my money has not been refunded. I had to go through my back to get my money back. Because I didn't have time to go back and forth with someone who didn't try to fix the situation. Not to mention, he said that orders not going through the app has been happening a lot lately. These young managers have no customer service skills at all. If the order had not gone through and my card was not charged, it wouldn't have been an issue. I gave three stars because I have not had any other issues. But don't play with my money, I don't care how much it is.

I ordered an iced coffee with extra shots and espresso. When I get there to get my coffee they tell me that they don't have any espresso and there's nothing they can do about getting my money back or compensating anything in return so I paid $2 extra for my iced coffee that was very watered down, tastes like crap I've never had such a bad iced coffee before and I ordered them daily. Because they were working the night shift were rude.

It’s seems to be an issue with adding ingredients to the McFlurry or adding lettuce and tomato with pickles to a chicken sandwich. But seeing the young lady hand your food to another then looking at and giving it back was uneasy to say the least I know the pull lanes for
Service but cross contamination and just plain customer service may have been lost waiting and additional 10 minutes after you have pull up for your order it’s just out of the control when the lines are already long

McDonald’s is not like a five star restaurant, but I’m giving five stars for fast food standards. I went through the drive-through the girls there were just as sweet as can be. My food was nice and hot and it was fresh not like it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. It was just a nice experience they seemed very organized and I was in and out of there very quick.
