Ms. Emma was very understanding and helpful when my order was wrong because of my fault. I accidentally ordered the wrong plate and she was very helpful in making me understand as to why I had placed the wrong order. At the end, she made it all right without being rude or insulting.

Made an order at the drive threw and also had another pick up order, so I asked if that was ready as well when I pulled up to the second window. The dude just said āyou have to come insideā. So I did, and nobody is working at the front what so ever. I go to look inside the kitchen and my pickup order has been ready the whole time. It takes 5 minutes for an employee to come and acknowledge me, and finally give me my order. I donāt know why itās so hard for these lazy people to just CHECK if itās even ready while Iām already at the drive through. Pathetic

My 50 year old mother ordered a fish sandwich and waited for 20 minutes. She went inside and asked them for her food and they wanted to see her receipt.
