Made an order at the drive threw and also had another pick up order, so I asked if that was ready as well when I pulled up to the second window. The dude just said âyou have to come insideâ. So I did, and nobody is working at the front what so ever. I go to look inside the kitchen and my pickup order has been ready the whole time. It takes 5 minutes for an employee to come and acknowledge me, and finally give me my order. I donât know why itâs so hard for these lazy people to just CHECK if itâs even ready while Iâm already at the drive through. Pathetic

My 50 year old mother ordered a fish sandwich and waited for 20 minutes. She went inside and asked them for her food and they wanted to see her receipt. Smh she asked for her money back and they gave an attitude to an old women. I will advise NO ONE to order from here! I will be telling my family and friends not to come to this location!

The staff is very disrespectful, especially at 2:56 at night I came to take an order. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes. All the other customers who came received their orders. But they kept me waiting as if they were mocking me. At 2:56 at night on 12/26/24, the woman working in the vehicle order section displayed very disrespectful behavior.
Now it will turn out that it is the client's problem that a worker already has her 40 hours and she is the only one who cleans the playgrounds and that she has to close it, why who is going to clean it if she leaves and the manager comes to say that you can't? stay but if you want you have to commit that you are going to clean the place because they can't clean, the stupidest thing I have ever heard and terrible service Every day more McDonalds falls

I came to this location ordered and was told to go to lane 4 because I ask for my food fresh they literally was sitting there 45 mins no one came brought me my food I had to drive back around and ask what happ the same person a young Hispanic girl with highlights and she had her hair in a ponytail told me to move to lane 4 ask my what I ordered thatâs ridiculous completely forgot me .. very unprofessional customer service do better 0/0 ..
