ordered uber eats here i got a big breakfast with a burrito. the hot sauce for burrito was there but burrito was not, the biscuit was hard as a rock and burnt, i paid for this mess and cant do nothing about now bc they wont answer.

It took them 20 mins to give me my order. It was just one happy meal and this is how they gave it to me. I ordered ahead and even came late. This place is very unorganized and all over the place. I only come here bc my son likes his happy meals and we don’t get them often.

I can't express how much you should never ever ever....did I say EVER go to this location. Whoever the manager and franchisee are, they should never be in charge or own anything. The service is beyond reprehensible. Constant attitudes for no reason and always missing items from order. Bring it up and they act like it is your fault. Yeah no I didn't bag my own order, or I would have gave myself an extra fry. This is now the 5th time an item is missing. It just progressively gets worse there. Take the extra minute and go to a location that cares about customer service and giving you what you paid for without the attitude.

I have been to this MC Donald about 3 times for Delivery, the last time the customer complained to me because they forgot to give me their drink, it was my fault for NOT checking the order but the cashier should have been aware that the order was not complete. As it was the first mistake in about 3 times that I have gone and perhaps I am missing many more, for now I give it 5 stars, we all deserve a second chance.

The person in charge of the morning shift is a fat woman with glasses who doesn't know how to serve customers. Ami treated me very badly and fired a young man for helping me with my order, she is terrible, hateful, poorly dressed and the worst thing is that the person in charge is and she didn't want to tell me her name, I had to leave the whole order there because of how bad it was for me. treatment and the worker who was fired for no reason, I don't understand why those types of people are left in charge of a restaurant where customer service must be exceptional.
