I can't express how much you should never ever ever....did I say EVER go to this location. Whoever the manager and franchisee are, they should never be in charge or own anything. The service is beyond reprehensible. Constant attitudes for no reason and always missing items from order. Bring it up and they act like it is your fault. Yeah no I didn't bag my own order, or I would have gave myself an extra fry. This is now the 5th time an item is missing. It just progressively gets worse there. Take the extra minute and go to a location that cares about customer service and giving you what you paid for without the attitude.

Workers are cool they gotta deal with racist people making a big deal over some onions and bacon

I have been to this MC Donald about 3 times for Delivery, the last time the customer complained to me because they forgot to give me their drink, it was my fault for NOT checking the order but the cashier should have been aware that the order was not complete. As it was the first mistake in about 3 times that I have gone and perhaps I am missing many more, for now I give it 5 stars, we all deserve a second chance.

The person in charge of the morning shift is a fat woman with glasses who doesn't know how to serve customers. Ami treated me very badly and fired a young man for helping me with my order, she is terrible, hateful, poorly dressed and the worst thing is that the person in charge is and she didn't want to tell me her name, I had to leave the whole order there because of how bad it was for me. treatment and the worker who was fired for no reason, I don't understand why those types of people are left in charge of a restaurant where customer service must be exceptional.

The manager of the McDonald's has very bad customer service, she is the worst person to serve but an employee for wanting to help me, she is the worst as a person.

First of all, while ordering at the register.. the lady who seemed kind was very racist to me and i know this because i saw her being kinder to people of another color and saw a difference in treatment… this is disappointing but second of all, there was a homeless man walking around which made me and my 2 children VERY uncomfortable. The food was ok not too cold and nothing was wrong but i would love for these problems to be solved i also did not read her name tag but it started with an S that is all i could remember

Terrible location ever, I order from DoorDash delivery and during the business hours of this location the order will go to this worse location ever. My son was eating the cheese burger and his mouth pull out a long women hair. That was the most disgusting and traumatized experience for my son and I as well. That’s not acceptable, this location is the most dirty and terrible management.

Ok where to start. I work there about three months. First I love it. But when day and months when by I did not feel safe at that work place. The store manager Jesus yes I am naming people treat me differently from the other co workers. What I mean by that the ways he talk to me. All rude by others not so rude. I am going to take about something else I saw. I don't know I think it was my 2 ND week working there I was the store manager give to his best friends almost $50.00 of free food to them. If you ever think of getting a job there don't cause Jesus will do the same to you he did to me..

There was a DEAD ROACH inside of the large Coke that I consumed. It obviously wasn’t noticeable until after I finished the Coke, being that the Coke and the ROACH is the same color:( I immediately became sick to my stomach and started vomiting. DO NOT EAT HERE ⛔️⚠️ Yes I have pictures.
