I ordered a 6 piece happy meal for my son last Thursday and he got sick. I didn’t think it was the McD’s at first but on Saturday my family ate at the same location and everyone got sick. By Saturday night my kids were throwing up and had diarrhea on top of that. I have a family of 8 so can you imagine even in a house with 6 toilets having to fight for the bathroom! I should send you the cleaning bill for cleaning projectile vomit off the walls, carpet, comforters, and my car! I have never experienced anything like this before and this place needs to be thoroughly inspected because it’s clear they’re doing something wrong.

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE.I ordered 2 McDoubles and ate them at approximately 4:00pm, by 6:00pm I started vomiting profusely (6 times) to a point of severe dehydration and ended up in the ER with a IV in my arm 3 different medication injections with a HIGH medical bill. Doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning. $6 in cheeseburgers cost me and my insurance Thousands!!

rude employees, orders are constantly wrong or missing things, and the line moves incredibly slow you can no longer consider it fast food. the last 3 times i’ve gone to this location i’ve had issues with all of the above. i do not recommend this location.
I sat in line for 20 mins arrived at 10:27 pm I seen a lot of other cars pass in the other open lane so I decided to just pull up thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working and I made it to the window they told me they were closed it says they are open 24 hours. The young lady told me they closed at 10:45 I’m like it says 24 hours why do y’all close at a random time? Can someone update the hours.

The worse location in the Atascocita/Humble area. Customer service is lacking & below average. Very unprofessional people at the window & verbally taking orders. I wouldn't even suggest putting them on the prepping stages because if they are rude in those aspects, God forbid the possibilities they would do with customers food. This location employees need a tune-up on customer service. I NEVER have these experiences at the Summerwood location & before you think...don't worry, I'll take my coins there or the Atascocita location.Do better.

We had two different orders. When we got to the door, it was locked, and it said that the inside was still open, but the door was locked. We went thru the drive thru and ordered two different orders got to the window and got 1 order, and the drink was wrong. Then the lady asked what else we needed, and we told her the second order. We told her what was on it, and she was very rude. We gave her the receipt and then left.
