Placed a mobile order and there was a burger missing, called them 3 times at different times and cannot reach them for the partial refund . I will not drive back for that burger only. Please check the order before you deliver to your customer in the future.

It's 3:16 am and the restaurant supposed to be opened 24hrs but they were closed for maintenance. Did not say when they will be back open. Please put on your business hours that you all are closed so that you won't have customers come.

Patronizing just McDonald’s for over eight years I experienced the worst experience from any McDonald’s. I was given a cuppa coffee with loosened lid- Subsequently spilling on me and because of the high temperature while I left hand went up in the air, and my son got dressed in coffee- We had to make a choice to keep our food or to get a refund- This will be the last time I paid McDonald’s again I’ve never experienced anything like this from food establishment

Either the night shift isn’t properly trained or the system badly needs an update. Every time I order through the McDonald’s app, it feels like forever before I get my food. By the time I reach the window, after already paying, the staff ‘can’t find’ my order and even accuse me of not paying. Then multiple employees come to the window to repeatedly ask what I ordered, only to tell me to pull off to the side and wait several more minutes—for something as simple as a McChicken. The service here is consistently disorganized and frustrating.
Okay so, maybe it was just a one time mistake. BUT THEY GAVE MY DIABETIC WIFE REGULAR COKE. They dont CHECK THE ORDERS, AND IGNORE THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT GETTING IT RIGHT. Wth
