Flor is by far the worst manager ever, she doesn’t know how to handle customers, she is clueless when it comes to customer service. She needs to be demoted to a dishwasher. I will never go back to this location. Flor is incompetent

Food is always A1, but customer service was horrible this trip.Get somebody else @ the window instead of dude with glasses and jean jacket. Thumbs down
Placed a mobile app order and paid via the app only to get to the location and my order is nowhere to be found. The order under $7 and I had to talk to at least 5 including management only to become frustrated and leave without my order. I feel management could have made it right by at least offering to replace my meal but instead they wanted to argue. I have not returned since.

Slow for "fast food" and still can't get orders right. Then they have you pull ahead so they can forget about you while serving others. I was there first why do I have to wait while everyone else gets service? I can't help that you all messed up my order.
