Met the new owners that just bought the franchise and they are such an awesome family! Whole family was in the building offering coloring sheets and stickers to the kids and one on one customer service and letting us know all the new flavors coming to store. Can’t wait to come back when they get new equipment in and new flavors! I wish I would have taken pictures but it was to good lol fully stocked toppings were the best!

No dairy free options and staff was very apathetic. I drove over 25 minutes just to come to this location and I was saddened by this.

Small location, decent selections. 2 of the machines didn’t have anything running but the fresh and candy toppings were all well stocked. Staff was friendly and the place was clean

Here on July 18, 2024, at 3:12 pm, this location is closed even though it says on the window it's supposed to be open. The center appears to have power. There is no temporary sign on the door or window indicating status. Lights are all off.

Brandy is the greatest manager and there's no one who compares. She listens, is understanding and deserves a permanent, paid vacation! Her heart is huge and she cares. Thank you for giving us Brandy!!!

Menchie's is the place to go to satisfy your sweet tooth and a healthy alternative to ice cream. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is due to them never having manage or pineapple flavor. I'm tired of eating strawberry, vanilla and tart Menchie's.

Only 6 flavors, topping selection was not as good as usual. They only had 2 vanilla wafers and crumbs at that. Not sure of this location is going through a flavor change or if they are just out of most flavors. No tart. Had not been here in a while, probably will be a while before we go back. The girl was more interested in her phone than helping the customers. She did offer sample cups and she did welcome us when she came to the front after being in the back.

As many others mentioned, only three machines running... I'm sure the excuse will be "scheduled maintenance".Let's bring up the one guy working in there that was on his phone the entire time being loud and vulgar while attending to people trying to check out.

My husband and I stopped at this Humble location and must I say the experience sucked! As we proceeded to pay for our froyo I grabbed a piece of cheesecake that I had in my cup and it was SPOILED! I nicely asked for the employee to taste the cheesecake because the taste was off and she also stated it was SPOILED. I then asked for a refund and was told she was unable to do sooooo I simply asked why and she said because she’s not able to. I was willing to let the whole thing go by just getting another cup with new toppings and then my husband was then told that we couldn’t because we would then have to pay for it….it wasn’t about the money it was simply because the item was spoiled and I wanted another without being charged. She said I could take the toppings off the original one and just take it like that and I was totally shocked if I’m being honest. We then asked to talk to the manager and she stated a refund could not be given and that is when the owner called her and gave approval for the refund. This is totally unacceptable in the food industry given that it was SPOILED and it had already contaminated the froyo!!! I sincerely hope they get the help needed because I would hate to see this place go down due to their employees not knowing how to handle certain situations.PS we won’t be returning to this location

Chocolate flavor was not available and that was highly disappointing. Also, very few flavors were being offered on that specific day. Will probably not be back due to the lack of variety.
