Came at 5 p.m. on a Saturday, and the young man welcomed my family in and every customer who came into the establishment in general! You don’t get that often. The place was slow, and everything was good. We paid $20 for 4 cups of frozen yogurt.
I have never had a complaint until today. I love menchies, I visit about once a week or every other week. Today was the first time where I decided to try a waffle cone instead of putting my yogurt in a cup. That was a mistake because it was extremely stale. It was so stale that I could barely bite into it. I couldn't finish it because it ruined my appetite, so essentially, I paid $7 for a few just bites of yogurt. It was gross.
Met the new owners that just bought the franchise and they are such an awesome family! Whole family was in the building offering coloring sheets and stickers to the kids and one on one customer service and letting us know all the new flavors coming to store. Can’t wait to come back when they get new equipment in and new flavors! I wish I would have taken pictures but it was to good lol fully stocked toppings were the best!
