This restaurant is a statement of mediocrity. This answers the question what would happen if Lubys tried to change their business model. The ingredients are ordinary the dough is ordinary, the most interesting thing about this location is the friendly staff.

Food was great. Got a mood pizza with all the toppings I wanted stacked high. If I wanted more of something, all I had to do was ask. Definitely worth the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Seating was a little limited but was okay. Will definitely be back.

I have ordered pizzas online for pickup at this location because of its convenience. I typically plan for it to be 10 minutes later than the time they tell me and sometimes it’s actually ready - today it’s already 20 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready and I’m still waiting!

I’m not one to write bad reviews. But I have to for this. I ordered a pizza online, came into the store to pick up and they said order was in the oven. He calls a few minutes later saying it’s ready, and I take it and go to my car. Open up the box and it’s the total wrong pizza with wrong toppings & both of the order receipts on the box had my correct order on top. I go back in to get my right pizza and and they said they got the wrong pizza in two different boxes. All they did was switch the receipt on the top of a box from another order and my pizza was STILL incorrect. Just a basic cheese pizza & not what I had ordered. Never had this bad of an experience at a mod before. Won’t be back at this location.

I usually have a good experience a different locations, but this one was by far the worst. The employees were not welcoming and borderline rude, the counter top was filthy, and some of the toppings were going bad. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this location nor will I be back.
