My family has ordered from New York Grand several times over the last few years, most recently last night. As much as we want to love this place, the food just isn’t very good. In the past we’ve found the pizzas are quite undercooked, and when you pick up a slice, the toppings just fall off the end because the dough is not thick enough or sturdy enough to support it.
