I’ve been here many times before and every single time the customer service was distinctly poor as the employees were rude and unaccommodating. However, this time changed my formerly 1* review to a now 5* all thanks to the warm and professional Maddison—she is a star & a prime example for others to follow.

This review is for Miss Abby (shift//team leader), she is amazing!!! First let me just explain that everything that could have went wrong on this delivery went WRONG but it was NOT the stores fault. I called asked to speak to someone about it and Ms Abby went above and beyond for me not only did she fix EVERYTHING she was kind and remained calm while I freaked out lol Ms Abby THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, you truly are a lifesaver and I hope you have an amazing day.

Great service by Zach and the manager Robin was on point. I mess up ! And the manager fix it ASAP !

This by far is one of the worst establishments. Lindsay the district manager did not fix my issue this location displays unethical, unprofessional and bias behavior. This store promotes unfair treatment of its customers and employees. I presented a concern regarding my cake was wrapped and ruined the appearance of the cake and no resolution was presented .

Had to pick up some bundtlets for multiple birthdays. The lady at the counter offered me a way to receive a discount, which was much appreciated. NBC is always top of my list for birthday or other special occasions treats. Staff was friendly and cakes are always delicious.If you haven't tried the lemon cake, you are missing out!
