Despite being short-staffed due to several large groups , our experience was excellent thanks to the general manager Christine , who personally stepped in to serve tables. Their professionalism, positive attitude, truly stood out and made us feel well taken care of. It’s clear this restaurant is led by someone who genuinely cares about both the guests and the team.

I thought it was okay. It was my first time ever being at that restaurant. The music was a little off but it was good. Just not my preference of music. The salad I didn't know was going to come with some house dressing or Italian dressing. I just prefer my salad dressing on the side, not on it mixed in with it as they serve it to you. Just my preference cuz, I prefer ranch. Other than that the service was great. The bread was awesome. The meal I got was amazing I got the chicken parmesan topped with marinara sauce and spaghetti on the side.

We needed lunch accommodations for a large group of about 40 people—including two children and an infant—the day before Thanksgiving, after attending a funeral nearby. I called several restaurants in the area, and no one was willing to take a group our size on such short notice. But the Olive Garden in Humble, TX truly came through for us.

Andrew and Roger, the restaurant managers, were incredibly thoughtful and organized. They provided a lunch menu with a wide variety of options for our group, including spaghetti, lasagna, chicken parmigiana, eggplant parmigiana, shrimp scampi, cheese ravioli, and of course, their endless salad and breadsticks. Everything was delicious and comforting.

Our servers, Mila and Bianca, with help from Marisol, were outstanding. They were attentive, dedicated, and quick to ensure everyone had what they needed. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

After an emotional morning of sadness and bereavement, this Olive Garden gave our family the perfect setting to gather, share a meal, and find a bit of comfort. We are truly grateful for the hospitality and care we received. Highly recommend this location for their exceptional service and heart.

Oh my gosh! I have taken my granddaughters to the Olive Garden at least twice a week for the last eight years! This is where we go for every family outing! To the point that I’m even willing to try McDonald’s!
