I was visiting from Brooklyn NY and the night manager Courtney also the Bartender very. professional and friendly staff my order was wrong and it was corrected thanks for the wonderful customer service I will come back
Our server was not great. He kept messing up out orders, we had to get other servers to fix our stuff and he never once apologized. Had he apologized instead of just brushing us off I would have had a different opinion. Otherwise it was an ok experience a little slow to take care of us but I think it was just the person waiting on us.
We come to Olive Garden a lot! Love the service, and the experience is always the same! My only wish is the food while I love that it’s always the same every time, I wish they would work on the flavor profiles!
