Outback Steakhouse

A disappointment. We stopped by on a Sunday. It was not too busy. My son's birthday and has choice. We were a party of 4, 2 kids 2 adults. Only 1 person was able to enjoy there food. We ordered 2 steak dinners, 1 pasta and a hamburger. Both steak were cold, and the pasta wasn't done. Horrible experience. I would advise goin to the new location on 99, for better service and hot food

Ordered grilled sirloin steak, came tough as a boot. Daughter ordered steak and shrimp with steak to be cooked rare. Came well done. Server had to be told several times of needed items and still never got it right.

I went to the Humble. TX OUTBACK because they have better quality everything. The Baytown Outback has half the size the Alice springs chicken in Humble is.

I wasn't sure about this location at first glance it just didn't seem like it would be a very good one for some reason. The service was great, we weren't waiting long for our food at all, we didn't wait long for refills, we never had to ask twice for something. We went for lunch with our toddler. Toddler got kids grilled chicken and fries which was a great portion. I got the lunch Alice springs chicken with broccoli and a side salad. My husband got the lunch center cut steak with fries. And we got the cheese fries! The cheese fries are always my favorite! All the food was yummy, and hot when it came out. We will definitely return to this location!

Horrible food had to spit it out their steak was just horrible how this is staying in business is a mystery to me. Harris county food inspector needs to go by there asap and just this place down. I will not go back to this outback it is a rip off. Their bread is old maybe pigs will eat it. I threw it in the garbage.

Service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Aside from the Bloomin' Onion, the food was less than mediocre. The Shrimp on the Barbie gave me food poisoning. Never again. Not this location anyway. 🤢🤮

Great service. They all work together and pretty fast. I Love Tha about this team and company. Greatly appreciate the hospitality. I came to this location at 5:22 pm on August 1st, 2025. And wasn’t disappointed.

This location truly is just bad. Everytime I order to go I request extra ranch or crutons, small things. I spend $100 on to go to feed my family and I get NONE of the extra things I asked for. I don’t care if they charge me but how is it in the special instructions they never even read what’s written. I requested for double steamed broccoli and this broccoli is so ridiculously hard it’s a shame. The only reason I keep coming back is because it’s close. But this is truly disappointing because it’s not that hard to READ instructions and follow them.

The service was excellent but the food was horrible my and my wife my son went to cheddars but it was too pack for all 3 of us we usually spend 60$ but we decided to give outback a chance worst decision ever we spend double what would of spend on cheddars the the chicken tasted horrible the steaks weren't good shrimp wasn't good at all 120$ for mid food if you ever think about going outback because cheddars is too pack just wait you going to spend double and the food is mediocre no wonder it was empty on a Sunday

Literally had a pick up, waited in the car for 10 minutes following the instructions so then I go inside and wait another 5-10 while every single person looks at me with no help!??? One person who was cleaning dishes near the front and I told her I was here for pick up and she said someone’s coming(no one did) I went to the pick up side and no one was there while the machine was going off, this was literally my first time going to outback and the service was extremely poor and I’ve never wrote about a restaurant until now and this is just sad. Multiple people working and yet no one could help while I’m standing there waiting until when someone else came in is when they decided to start coming to the front and help. The food when we picked it up was literally a mess as well….

It was the worst experience possible for a Friday night and the amount of money that is spent at an establishment like Outback. Our waitress’s personality was the only nice thing about the evening, but she was definitely spread thin. I’ll take that back: the blooming onion was good and drinks were great. Our dinner was just not great. Our waitress showed up to take our dessert order before realizing that the severs didn’t bring out our dinner entrees. They brought out my husband’s sides only. The steak cuts were chewy and cold when we finally received them. We took the steaks home to chop them up for our dog instead. We brought in our family of 6, and will not be making that mistake again.
