Ran out of food that i wanted besides from that it was good

I have been to plenty of Outbacks and this was the worst. Our party of 6 was underwhelmed by the manners of our server and the food. Vegetable sides (zucchini and yellow squash) were mush and the salmon portions were tiny slivers, also overcooked. On two different dishes with shrimp, it came out rubbery/ tough. The glassware was dirty and you might think "drink with a straw" but how's that better if the glass is dirty? Our booth and menus felt dirty...
Service was weird.
It was slow but we saw other faces more than we saw our server. It was a different person for every stage of the experience. The host of course sat us, the server greeted us and took our order, someone else brought us our drinks, someone else brought us our appetizers, another entirely different (and super kind gentleman) brought us our entrees, and then we saw our server again when it came time to pay. Idk if that's some type of "efficiency plan", having a ton of food/drink runners but man, the server didn't come around much. It made tipping awkward for us and we are just fine on that matter and do extra even if it's, well, not necessary as majority of my family works in chain restaurants as servers. The birthday member of the family didn't enjoy themselves which sucks because they chose this place and then apologized to the rest of us as if it was their fault we had a poor time out. ugh

ps don't go for a birthday like we did, they don't do anything for those which is okay but we wish we knew that when we made the reservation saying it was for such occasion.
Olive Garden is better for less.

server on Tuesday 3/18 bryan the server with a crooked nose man o man I walked In and he was rude from the jump I was late after my wife arrived he was standing by our table I ordered a drink thinking he took there drink orders he snapped at me telling me I needed to wait I was ordering food and I ordered wings after steak and lobster and he snapped again saying well now I gotta do your order all over again cuz the wings take longer then the steak rude weird vibes me owning two restaurants I can tell you this guy has no business in the hospitality industry

Came in for lunch. We got seated almost immediately, and the gentleman said our server would be with us shortly. I only saw two more customers as it was a little after opening. No one acknowledged us for 15 minutes, so we got up and left.

My server Terrell and Mr. Warren were amazing! But the bread & steak I needed a chain saw. They were both tough as leather... I was always told going up not to return things, so I "toughed " it out. But whewwww. I definitely took one for the team tonight.

The prices should reflect the fact that it's all microwaved food. I had not realized how bad it had got because I haven't been to an outback in years.

But the steak portion were 7 little strips of meat
I felt robbed for what I paid for if you are hungry and expect it to get a good meal this is not the place try Texas road house

It was ok. I have been to better locations. I believed all non-alcoholic beverages were free refills but I guess not at this location. Also, everything that was fried was way too greasy. Even the mixed vegetables had a nasty taste to them and the carrots were under cooked. I expected better from this location. Lastly, thanks to the management for compensating for the inconvenience. I hope this location fixes my issues with the vegetables because they are my favorite items to complete my meal.

An okay chain restaurant. The blooming onion was a bit too greasy. The wait for our food was way too long. Overall, the food was good. Service was pretty good. I think our

waitress had more tables than she should have had and as such she could not give all her tables as much attention as she probably wanted.

Nice calm experience! Greeter (forgot his name) was great and full of energy on Friday evening. Jessica was our waitress at the bar. She was awesome and very informative! Service was a little on the slow side but things came out piping hot and fresh!

Found a hire in my dish and the steak is totally tested and not easy to cut using the knife

Been here a couple of times and it was mediocre the first time, but we went back a second time hoping the first time was just a bad night. Well, the second visit was worse than the first. It's the 1st time in 50 years that we have had such terrible service that the waiter just brought us the check without even asking if we wanted anything else or dessert. They lost our business.
