Whenever I'm in the area, I always try to stop and get some Panda Express. They always give you more than you can eat, so you will always have some too eat later.

The young man who served us was very kind and showed excellent customer service, but the ladies never made eye contact or bothered speaking. They opened at 10 but at 10:35 when we arrived they were struggling to set up the food still. They didn't have a lot of things because they weren't ready yet.. The young man made a difference by being so polite & kind.

Now I remember why I've only been to this location on 2 other occasions. The portions are smaller and there are less friendly workers. I don't feel I get my money's worth. I usually drive 6.5 miles to the location off of Sam Houston/Wilson verses 1.9 miles to this location on 1960 in Atascocita.
The food wasn't good.

Went to this Panda Express on 1960 ,their fryers were down but they had food already cooked so I didn't think anything of it and got my kon pao chicken and went on my way. I been sick as a dog for 4 days, missed one day of work and have a doctors appointment tomorrow because I can't keep anything down. To the owner of this location, If your equipment is down be a responsible business owner and shut your establishment down until everything is running normally. Don't exposed your customers to become ill due to your disgusting practices, it is obvious the chicken was undercooked and knowing that you still decided to sell it. Shame on you!!! I will leave the full address so be aware this establishment will make you sick, go somewhere else. 6946 FM 1960 E, Humble, TX 77346

I don't know what's in the air today but that was the most rude person working at this Panda Express. Her name was Erica she was very short with us and slams the window when we were asking about silverware. Terrible customer service! And of course one silverware with two meals and no napkins 🤷

I ordered some Panda Express and the delivery person wasn't the greatest and wouldn't answer my calls and delivered the food to another address even though I gave them the exact address and even said i'd be waiting outside and mentioned what I was wearing. The delivery person did not apologize for the mistake and instead said it was my problem for writing in the wrong address (again, it was the right address) while I wasn't upset at all, I even laughed cause I'm pretty sure they delivered it next door but the delivery person refused to tell me where they dropped the food at so that was a little frustrating, I could have just walked next door and retrieved it, but for some weird reason they did not tell me so I called support and the lady told me they couldn't do anything and I was just very disappointed cause what am I supposed to do? I have no contact, all I did was place an order, I don't know who's picking it up, how it's getting here, I was just told it'd be here and it's not. After submitting a refund request I decided to call one more time and this time the lady was very nice and gave me options and was very kind through it all, she tracked down my order and was able to cancel it and get me a refund! I am so grateful! My bank account will be very happy, thank you so much!!☺️ I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for her.
