Drive thru guy messed up my order completely. When I got the order it was missing egg roll. I asked the guy about the egg roll. He said he didn't know I wanted one, even though I requested one. When I got home, I saw the chow main was missing too. I went back to the store and gave them the food back. Jamell wanted to remake the order. They already screwed up twice, why would I bother ordering again. I asked for my money back, but the Mgr is on break sitting behind me. He had to consider refunding my money back! WTAF! After a process, I did get refunded.

I love Panda Express, including it' as one of my go to healthy fast food options. In my recent visit I cut the fried rice portion in half, subbing vegetable side (perfectly cooked). I don't usually order fried rice either, but theirs tastes healthy and flavorful, not too salty. I ordered chicken with mushrooms (for the veggies, which include zucchini) and Kung pao chicken (for the heat) which were good. Brewed tea options were very good. I would prefer a simple plate rather than huge styro clamshell for dine in. I cut 2 stars for atmosphere. There is an annoying (hvac?) noise that was so prominent I wanted to hurry and leave. All other patrons, I noticed, took food to go.

We really like panda, but this location has very rude customer services especially the drive through. The food is not that great for whatever reason & the couple of times we have gone inside the tables are dirty or the drink area looks like it’s been forgotten about.
