Ordered 2 meals here and they forgot to add the 2 meats on one order. When i got home i noticed the messed up order and I called the store immediately. I talked to a guy named Peter assistant manager, he told me I should get a credit on my next order. That was like 3 weeks ago. Came in today, talked to a lady (manager) about it, she said I need my receipt, even though the Peter guy told me to just said that he is the one who gave the credit. Why would I keep a fast food receipt for 3 weeks. Very disappointing. Check you order before you leave.

Ordered in drive thru Grilled Chicken and white rice along with Pepper Steak. Was told that the chicken would be 12 minutes and agreed to wait. Pulled forward and 25 minutes later, I walked in to ask. My fault for waiting that long because they gave all the chicken to the folks inside and thought it was funny when they said it would be another 20 minutes. I asked for my money back and without question, the manager went to the cash register and refunded me cash. No apologies, no acknowledging the situation at all. Crazy rude people. The owner needs to clean house.
I will say, there was 1 high school boy that said sorry. I appreciate that.

Wen to drive thru. There was one person in front of me and we sat there for 15 minutes before they drove off. I got my food, it was cold and of course no silverware to eat it with.

Dissatisfied with part of my order I was missing some food items in my order . Everything else was correct in order except the bigger plate was missing teriyaki chicken. Never had this problem here at this location. I checked it once I got home thinking they did everything correct but I guess I was wrong .
Food was horrible honestly, orange chicken bland and beef n broccoli only came with broccoli lol

I ordered my food in the drive through. The young lady was nice. I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food and when it came out I didn’t not receive my drink that I asked for. The young lady tried to go bk and forth with me about so I said forget it. I then realized that I did not receive my complete order needless to say my time and money was wasted.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Panda Express location. The chow mein and orange chicken I received did not meet the usual quality. There was an excessive amount of onions in the chow mein, overshadowing the other ingredients, and the orange chicken was noticeably sparse, with fewer pieces than usual. The overall taste was not delightful and fell far short of what I've come to expect from this location. This was a significant letdown, especially since I had previously enjoyed my meals here. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to return to this location.

Love the food here but good GOD is it terribly run. I could write several paragraphs on the terrible unhelpful staff and the catastrophic togo/delivery service, but it's late, I'm hungry, and now since they somehow managed to run out of white rice at a Chinese restaurant I have to find delivery to my job elsewhere. I so desperately want to like you Panda, but holy crap get it together.
