My order wrong . I only ordered a bowl and I don’t kno how you mix up chow mein with rice. I don’t eat the rice and I’m at work stuck with rice. So upset.

I'm highly disappointed in this location. I was in the drive thru and asked for a 3 entree plate and hadn't even finished my complete order when I asked if they can change my string bean chicken for orange chicken instead and rye young lady said no because the order was already done, mind you I'm still ordering more food. I also ordered some crab ragoon amongst other items. I ended up purchasing orange chicken separately. But when I get my order I didn't even have any sauces, no soy or sauce for the crab ragoon either. Safe to say I will not be going back to this location.

Place an order than I try to cancel because I wanted it delivered not pick up I called and they answer the phone but than they hang up and they always claim that there’s something wrong with the phone but they called me the next day but the 10 times I called they kept answering and hanging up

The food was great but customer service was horrible I went last night 9:30 they had a guy working the drive thru he’s was rude we asked him for forks when he gave them to us he dropped one never looked at us laughing then left he never came out with a replacement he came back and said wait in the red line after waiting my husband had to get off for our order they had forgotten about us didn’t even give us straws please please put responsible people on the drive thru this is not acceptable Panda Express

This resturant is just filthy, the workers dont use gloves when handling food, and mind you drive thru shares the same as lobby so imagine all the germs spreading, plus the cashiers in front also handle’s your food and CASH🤮Their lobby is filthy, trash piled up to the TOP and doesnt seem to get noticed. ++ their ice machine didnt work and when i asked for drive thru ice, ESME caught a attitude . then esme and the other girl at the register proceded to talk and smile/laughing in the middle of taking a order , just rude. wouldnt go back thats for sure .
