Called up to the store at 12:15 they allowed me to place a order and waste my gas to go up come up here just to tell me I can’t get my pizza at 12:45 while my pizza is sitting looking at me and they close at 1oclock. poor customer service and poor consideration for the customers time and GAS

I just placed an order over the phone and clarified 3 times do not cute. Got to the store and my order was cut. The manager, TJ, knew it was cut and proceeded to tell me he didn’t remake it because he wanted to ask and see if I’d want the order that was cut which is ridiculous. I was being nice and told him to remake it and that I wanted a discount and he told me I was getting no discount and he said. “You want the pizzas or not”. Terrible manager. Never going to this place again. Absolutely ubsurd.

They were very shorthanded the day I went in there. I think I only saw two employees working, a young guy and a young girl, but they were working their asses off! Me and two DoorDashers pretty much walked in at the same time and they got all three of our orders relatively quick considering there were only two employees working. Very impressed with their work ethic for young people. You don’t see a lot of that nowadays in the food industry. 👍👍👍
