Absolutely disgusted by the racist behavior exhibited by the manager Tanya and the staff of this location for refusing to remake a customer’s order that was wrong and then calling the police on her. This is no way to run an establishment.

customers recieveing the wrong order and managers refusing to refund or fix the order. this place is garbage. imagine being allergic to an item you never ordered on your pizza and recieveing that. a death plate.. horrible workers who ignore customers complaints. by far the worst pizza service. customer service? whats that? you won't get it here. instead if you arnt white, watch out they will call the cops on you . prejudice workers and managers. ! disgusting.

why doesn't the mgr Tanya want to even talk a customer about her pizza being made wrong? Why would you call the police on a customer for wanting her order to be corrected?! Racist employees should not be working w the public!
Staff at this location are extremely racist. A young black woman came into this Papa Johns location and was treated poorly after getting an incorrect order. I will link the detailed post in the comments. I will NEVER eat pizza from this chain again.

Pizza at it's most basic way of tasting no frills or thrills is just simple prepared food. Which is not bad for a place that kinda saves you a trip into town if you stay on the Mueschke Rd. It is inside the gas station for those that have ate from gas station's you'll feel no qualms about eating in a place like this Yeah not as big as some places like BUCEE's. This was my experience I ordered 3 pizzas they had some already in the food warmers for those that are in a rush you can purchase the whole pizza in the warmers kind'a like Sam's Club scenario. but they also sell them by the slice as well. So the employee expected them to be ready between 7-10 mins not bad keep in mind they do have limited space. so still not bad on the time. So pizzas appearance was nicely appetizing nothing stuck out. Dough was like half inch thickness I guess they don't cook them long since I didn't notice bread tasting any different than what we've had tasted in the past but maybe dough was soft. But maybe you can ask them if youre some of the people that like the dough somewhat singe. Toppings we asked for a little more extra toppings since the examples they had on the warmers had scarce toppings glad we caught that because that would of been a minus star. but the employee was nice and she did so add more toppings good customer appreciation in my opinion. So if your looking to save your night and not have to drive out into town it could work for those that want to save the trip and the fuel. Its new location 12 minimum order required for Delivery $2 Delivery charge - I did not use delivery so just adding this info for those are interested Hope everyone has good experiences as well
